I attended for a regular Librela jab at Meadowbank and while there had an unscheduled chat with a vet about using paracetamol for pain relief in my arthritic Cocker Spaniel. She took time to understand my situation, was sympathetic and offered very useful advice. First class service!
An excellent practice. Lottie has recently been spayed . She received the best possible care during surgery and the after care has been super too. Many thanks as always to Alistair and his professional team.
I cannot recommend this vets highly enough. This is the first time using Village Vets having left a very disappointing veterinary practice in Mold. Peter came highly recommended by my dog groomer and I can absolutely see why. From the moment I met Peter I felt at ease. So warm and friendly. Shook my hand and introduced himself. My dog was completely calm and relaxed around him too! He carried out a scale and polish and removed 2 teeth. He called and reassured me on the phone after the procedure and 24 hours later my dog is eating, drinking and bouncing around the house again. His teeth are exceptional. Pearly white with no plaque in sight. Peter even pointed out that they had an offer on the scale and polish, which was a very reasonable price, and I do not feel ripped off in the slightest. The nurse that took me through the aftercare was also exceptional and you could tell that this is so much more than just a job to her, she was amazing. And last but not least the reception team, with their friendly face and warm demeanour. Thank you so much what an incredible team. A+++
The practice is always clean and the staff are always welcoming with a smile. The nurses are very experienced which is very helpful,the veterinary consultant's are very clear to explain everything to you to help you make the right decision for your pets. The after care is amazing my 10 year old jack Russell she has had two major operations for cancer and all I can say is from start to finish they all were amazing I could not thank the whole team enough. Very friendly staff. With a large mixed bull breed I often find people scared of my dog but the staff here were so welcoming. We used hydrotherapy and the specialist was very patient. Will definitely be back.
Always been caring and proffesional towards our dogs and often pointing us in a cheaper direction for medicines rather than thinking of profit would highly recommend

Fabulous practice; my dog and Guinea pig both received the best welcome and, as much as I could see that my dog was nervous, Hayley went all out to make sure his experience was a positive one. Best of all, Hayley is clearly very dog savvy, as she read his body language very well and got on the floor with him, cuddled him and didn’t rush him. To my amazement, Hayley did not prejudice my dog. Historically, I have been asked if my dog bites or needs a muzzle, just because he is a bulldog mix. She took time to talk to me and explain everything clearly, and then even made time to examine my little g piggie. I’ve never been in a better practice!
Vets are absolutely amazing, could not thank hayley and her colleague enough so calm and patient not even just with rocky but with me, best advice and after care. Couldn't pick a better vets for my boy
We have been with Meadowbank Village Vets since they opened. James, Al and the team are all, as well as being professional are very caring towards our dogs and us humans! Toto just loves the hydro pool and can't wait to choose his favourite toy before entering the pool. James, Al and staff will go the extra mile to make sure Toto and Goldie have the best possible attention. a big thank you to all at Meadowbank.
