   First time using this place after a recommendation. Went away for 3 weeks, left 3 cats who haven't been in a cattery before (2x 13yr and 1x 4yr old) they had a outdoor area, a heated pipe and we left some bedding for them. All the cats there seemed happy and the staff there are extremely friendly. Would definitely use again!

   Our cat had been in two different catteries and was lifeless and stressed when we collected her, so we were anxious about the Cat Hotel, but she came home happy and contented. She had been loved and cared for and we have booked her in again. I would highly recommend the Cat Hotel - they are the best in the area and really look after their guests.

   The best cattery we’ve ever checked our cat into. Jenny & Emyr are true professionals and cat lovers - we sleep well on our holidays knowing that our cat is VERY well looked after and given lots of love. Great selection of food and nice heated pens.
