   I called in today to cash in some old gold and silver. I got a great price and while chatting I mentioned dropping some jewellery off at a “ top “ Liverpool Jeweller for a valuation in view to sell. They were more than happy to charge me in the region of £400 for this service. The jewellery was examined but at no point did they make me aware that one of the items wasn’t pure gold but only 1/5th 9 carat. The valuation would have cost more than the item was worth. I left the store and went straight back to retrieve my items. The marvellous staff at Christopher James gave my items a quick look and gave me an honest appraisal within minutes and saved me hundreds of wasted £££. I can’t thank them enough. Great work guys
