   As a New Yorker with high pizza standards (and a serious slice craving), Franco Manca in Stockbridge absolutely delivered. The pizza was delicious—perfectly balanced, flavorful, and honestly lacking nothing. The crust had that ideal chew, the ingredients were fresh, and every bite felt intentional. Service was excellent as well: friendly, efficient, and welcoming without being overbearing. This has officially become my go-to pizza spot whenever I’m visiting Edinburgh. If you’re looking for a slice that passes the New York test, this is it.

   Franco Manca on Stockbridge is our favourite place for pizza in Edinburgh. Their gluten free dough is very tasty and almost not any different from a normal dough. I love the seasonal changes in the menu and always have been a huge fan of all the homemade dips. This place never disappoints, and always fairly priced. Fady takes great care of all customers and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you, we will be back again and again!

   Very nice pizzeria in the heart of Stockbridge, with a fabulous view on the Water of Leith. The pizza was very tasty and well made. The service though was a bit disappointing. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our pizzas, apparently they forgot about our order. I was expecting some apologies because of that but they didn't, hence I asked for the service charge to be removed.

   Last night in Edinburgh Scotland and we finally tried Franco Manca.. Not disappointed started with Burrata on sourdough and finished with spicy pizza delicious. The place looks small but has a entire bottom floor staff was friendly and the place was clean. Thank you

   Nice atmosphere and great food. Garlic dip is to die for. Decent drinks selection and variety of pizzas. All bases are sourdough as far as I noticed and they're freshly made behind the counter. Service was good considering we went there on Valentine's Day with no booking at all.

   I went into this place purely by coincidence. My intention was not to eat anything but when I heard that they make the pizza from sourdough bread I ordered my self a pizza. The pizza was really nice. It is an healthier option to Domino's or other franchised places. The only problem is the service. They could improve their service and perhaps provide a cut up pizza instead of the customer asking for their pizza to be cut!

   Delicious pizza. The margarita with added spicy sausage was just right. The crust was super fluffy. I happened to be there when the locals were out walking their dogs after work so I got some puppy love too! Great spot!
