Lovely atmosphere, food full of flavour. We loved the batatas and baba ganoush. Service was friendly and quick! Martha, James and Reece were very hospital and we enjoyed chatting to them. :)

Gorgeous little spot and friendly staff, slinging mind blowingly good wraps and coffee. Saw them cooking the falafel to order, which I’m sure is miles nicer than something that’s been sat on the side for a while, as is my experience with most falafel spots. If I was a local I’d be here every week, the wrap was fresh and came from recommendations from staff, and the coffee was next level. My friend enjoyed their mezze selection too! Authentic and unbelievable flavours.

One of those incredible, rare, finds. Service was exceptional, the vines immaculate, but the real star was the food. Easily, by far the best falafel I have ever had. Utterly recommended, and I will be back!

Lovely tiny place that ingeniously sits 8 insides and 3 outside, sells Lebanese and Turkish delicacies and fresh food. Gluten free options available! See the meze trio: delicious green beans Lebanese lentils and baba ganoush. Authentic and friendly atmosphere!

I have been coming to Hummus since it opened seven years ago. The food is fresh and wholesome, prepared with love by hand each day. It’s a family affair passionate about good ingredients and always a friendly welcome. I recommend the falafel wraps and the best foul/mixed beans you will ever have.

My favourite place to eat in Edinburgh. I’ve been coming to Hummus almost every week since it first opened and I have literally never stopped being amazed by the quality of the food. Everything is delicious and prepared in store by the lovely family, with care and uncompromising standards. The ingredients are traditional and high quality and the company in the shop is always a pleasure. It is an absolute credit to the community, full of regulars all the time. A must visit spot to eat!! Get the falafels, by far the best I’ve ever had!

Absolutely amazing food!! The falafel wrap is superbly delicious and staff are incredibly friendly. Most certainly the best place in Morningside for lunch or takeaway food and will always recommend going here to friends and family. The interior is fab, decent prices and i cannot wait to go again soon!!

Easily the best falafel I’ve ever had and I’ve tried them near and far on this place we call Earth. Made in authentic Lebanese style by an incredibly kind human being that makes you immediately feel warm and welcome. Honestly, a chunk of falafel hit the floor and I wasn’t having it! Had to pick it up (5 second rule doesn’t even apply because the place is so clean) We also enjoyed lovely coffee and Baklava which was as a treat as you’d imagine with those window views.

Small family-owned Lebanese cafΓ© in the heart of the Morningside road. Selection of salads, vine leaves, spinach pasties, green beans, fattoush, (the best in town) baba ganoush and falafel wraps, hummus and others. You can also have baklawa, apple cake or crunch bar. Selections of kombuchas, ginger beers, cafΓ©s, teas and hot chocolate. All mentioned are fully vegan.
