Came here for the first time, and loved the food! We got a falafel wrap and chicken shawarma, and they also have a very popular buffet style option. On our plates, we got two side sauces (yogurt and spicy sauce) which added a great flavoring! Food was anffordable and the atmosphere was nice and open. Highly recommend!

Really lovely place to eat. The food was delicious and a good size portion, the staff were really sweet and were happy to play peekaboo with my toddler across the room because he was enjoying it. It was also nice to find a place to eat that doesn't play music so it has a friendly and calm vibe.

Had a lovely lunch here. Just what I needed after hiking to Arthurβs seat and the monuments. I had the 3 veg curries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stumbled on this place while choosing what to eat. Simple and tasty kitchen with many options to choose from. From the number of customers they have, you will not regret your choice

The food here is brilliant, and i have visited here many times and will definitely be back again. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Β£9.50 for chicken tikka masala and rice is a fair price considering the great flavorful and good portion size. The staff were also super helpful and welcoming.

It has a reasonable price and the food was quite ok.. I did had much better but this one was still acceptable. Just the workers didnt really inform us that some dished were too spicy and when we entered we needed to figure out ourselves and ask how the ordering system worked. We went back and ate 3 times at this place.. for me: No.1 Halal place in Edinburgh

This place is GREAT! We loved stopping here. The staff was friendly. It was popular but not crowded. They had a lot of ready-made curries which reminded me a bit of an upscale cafeteria. The tikka masala was great. Also, get yourself the garlic butter naan. So yummy. Portions of everything are large. Overall, this place is inexpensive and filling. As a tourist, I appreciate places like this. Worth the walk.

Excellent food, brings the authentic taste of desi food. Perfect for a hearty lunch after walking around touristing the city of Edinburgh. Generous portions, relatively cheap. Very spacious dining area. Food on display behind glass, see exactly what your food looks like! Managed to share a plate with another person and we were both filled up!

What you get at The Mosque Kitchen is delicious food and really nice portions of it. If you're a curry fan come here, and you won't be disappointed. You'll get your food quickly as well. So if you're in a hurry come in and grab yourself some rice and curry. They also have a made to-order menu which you can choose from. We ordered from there as well and didn't have to wait too long (less than 10 minutes for wrap and chips). Would (and have) visited again.
