A bit slow to get food after we ordered. It was busy, wouldn’t have minded as much if they were up front about it. Food lovely when it came.

Have ordered from here for years and always had excellent service. Until today. Ordered food at 17.30, approximate delivery 45 minutes, I expect that, it always takes a bit of time, but is always worth it. I phoned at 18.50 to ask where it was and was told 10-15 minutes, they phoned driver and confirmed approximately 5-10 minutes. Driver finally turned up at 19.10. Food was warm, naans were cold and in soggy paper bags. Really disappointed in this experience after so many years of great food and great service.

AVOID. We ordered a delivery and food didn’t come, tried to phone and cancel but staff wouldn’t let us.

Excellent family run Indian takeaway that now offer a dine in option. They only have a few small tables in the front of the shop but it was just what we were looking for and ideal for 2 people. We had the Aubergine Mushroom Jalfrezi and the Chana Chasni with Saffron Pilau rice. Food was delicious and service quick , friendly and genuine. We came across this completely by accident but shall definitely return next time we are in Edinburgh.

We used to have curry leaf all the time but recently went down hill. Was very late, had to call a few times and they kept saying it was on its way. When the order arrived it wasn't the spice we had asked for specifically and bland. Such a shame as this was always our go to. Had to go elsewhere now.,

We live right down the street and any time we order take out it’s fast, affordable and delicious! I love the butter chicken, chicken tikka & palak paneer. We’ve tried different delivery in the area and it’s always double the price and just okay. Love that we can get a feast here for a fraction of the price and everything is tasty even down to the free popadoms!

We had takeaway last night. It was really tasty. I had the Lamb Palak which was great. I wasn't a great fan of the aubergine pakora but the chicken pakora and onion bhaji were great. I'll definitely order from here again.

Oh dear me, I have lived in Edinburgh city centre for over 30 years and this hands down is the worst Indian I have ever had. The Aubergine Mushroom Jalfrezi was absolutely tasteless and had the consistency of a very thin soup. The Mushroom Bhaji seems to have had a massive amount of spices dumped in that I could not eat it and I love the hottest curry. They even managed to burn one side of the Garlic Naan. All I could eat was the fried rice and all this for over £17. Will never order again from here, dreadful. Waiting times were over an hour.
