The go-to place if you have an appetite for Thai food whilst in Stockbridge. Staff are very polite but most importantly food is delicious and authentically Thai. We opted for the lunch offer. The beef was incredulously tender and tasty. Definitely recommend the pepper beef.

Affordable thai cuisine in a very cozy restaurant. Food were delicious with generous servings. The staff were really nice to accommodate us despite not having a reservation. Love that they gave us mint chocolates after eating.

Great service, super attentive and friendly. Yummy food, decent portions and very good price. Very happy all and all. Would look to go back for sure! Only small thing is that Pad Thai was on the sweeter side, but totally understand it is done differently from place to place.

Had a great lunch here at only £13.95 for two courses. Started with Toy Yum soup followed by crispy duck. We also had a bottle of Merlot red wine all very nice. Service was very good with them checking how our meal was. The restaurant was very nice giving of a good atmosphere. Will return again.

We had our best meal here on a tour of UK. We were pleasantly surprised by such an authentic Thai restaurant here that provided great food, friendly quick service and atmosphere. The chef's signature grilled chicken curry get our thumbs up! Pad Thai and chicken satay were excellent too. It is right below the entrance to the castle.

Delicious Thai restaurant with pineapple fried rice - that's so important to me. Sadly they didn't serve mango sticky rice that night I visited. But the black sticky rice was good, too. The portion may be a wee bit smaller than expected.

I walked by this restaurant the other day and I was immediately captivated by the early 17th century building, a rare gem in this part of Edinburgh. Then I saw it was full to the brim on a Monday night and I knew then and there that it was a restaurant worth trying. I tried today with my partner for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t have been happier. Not only the venue was cozy, the food was in a league different from any Asian restaurant I have tried in Edinburgh - perhaps only comparable to Karen’s Unicorn, but this one beats for very reasonable prices considering the quality and the care of the presentation. The food was served in a very timely manner and everting, from presentation to flavours, was so well thought of. And because it was my birthday they had a beautiful detail for dessert that made my heart leap. In one night I have certainly become a loyal customer. Thanks a lot Nok!!

Found this place by searching Google for 'best Thai in Edinburgh'... not disappointed, in fact probably one of the best Thai restaurants anywhere! Great food, good service, well priced and a lovely cosy atmosphere too. Twenty minutes walk from the city centre but well worth it, plus it helps to work an up appetite anyway! Recommended!

Wow! Where do I begin? Nok's kitchen "Nokked" my socks off! :-P It was absolutely incredible! I loved the variety of choice they had, everything very authentic and high quality. They put such effort into presentation, even cutting the vegetables into flowers! I really do recommend getting the sharing platter to start, because you get to try a little of everything. My food was amazing, such complex flavours and presented in such a delicate way. I can't wait to return. Prices are so reasonable for this level of restaurant, which surely must be among the very best Thai eateries in the UK, if not Europe. It's not decorated in a fancy way, and it doesn't try to be anything other than a simple neighborhoud Thai restaurant, but even the harshest critic couldn't fail to be overwhelmingly impressed by the food ingenuity, quality and presentation here.
