   Great Mexican street food in the best part of Edinburgh. Various options of meats + a single veggie option which I think they could expand on a little more. It was fast and easy which is what we were looking for. Great interior design which adds to the atmosphere. I believe it’s fairly low priced considering the quality of the food which was amazing. £7 for a loaded burrito, can’t go wrong. Only reason I took a star off is because we went in two days in a row at different times and they didn’t have meat. The food itself for the price is 5/5

   I was craving some Mexican food when I came across el toro. I ordered a couple of tacos and wasn't very impressed. Have had way better Mexican food.But the staff was friendly and kind and the service was quick.

   Unexpectedly they had amazing tacos with corn tortilla and Cactus!!! A massive selection of spicy sauces that you can try and all the Mexican vibe!

   Terrible attempt at Mexican food!! We’re from California where Mexican food is done properly and we’re convinced whoever created this food has either never had Mexican food or has forgotten what it should taste like. There wasn’t a slight hint of cumin, chili powder or chipotle (in a chipotle chicken burrito!). They used plain white rice that wasn’t seasoned at all and a bleached pinto bean?? Truly, the only thing that tasted good was our Corona. The staff was super friendly and helpful, though. They were awesome— just wish the flavors attempted to be so as well!

   I tried tacos and quasar as my friend from Mexico recommended. It ways more worth it, especially amazed by how nice they could combine with their local chili sauces. Grass market is crowded with tourists and their restaurants charge accordingly, but it's not the case for toro loco, 2 dishes with topping only 12pounds really competitive price. And the staffs are super polite. Love it and definitely will back soon.
