   I had a very disappointing experience at this location, largely due to the behavior of the young blonde cashier working during my visit. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed unwilling or unable to communicate respectfully with customers. Her attitude left a very negative impression and made the entire interaction unpleasant. There were also older staff members present, who did not behave this way, so it seems to be an issue with this particular employee. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this particular store. I hope management addresses the issue, as customer service like this is unacceptable.

   Love going to this store and have done so for twenty years. The staff are polite friendly and smiling. Grab a bargain and hit the sales. Many thanks for such good customer service. Support your local retail industry in person.Sad to hear this shop is closing down in September with the loss of jobs in the retail sector. Another casualty of online shopping. Thanks for the good memories.

   I understand that it was close to the store’s closing time; however, I found it quite unprofessional and discourteous to close the fitting rooms while customers were still inside the store. In particular, it was disappointing to witness a child holding a single item of clothing, visibly intending to try it on, only to be told the fitting rooms were no longer available. Basic courtesy and customer service would suggest allowing those already present in the store—especially with such minimal needs—a brief opportunity to complete their shopping experience. The lack of flexibility and consideration left a poor impression.

   I ordered a bag online for delivery to this outlet. According to Customer service the outlet should have received it like 4 days back but outlet has not checked or updated for pickup yet. Really disappointing. I was to take this bag for travel and now I am feeling why did I depend on River Island products or their service.

   Today, I went to return a jacket I had bought for my daughter. The jacket had a disproportionately large hoodie, which was misleading because none of the product photos showed models actually wearing the hood. When I arrived at the store, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, rolling her eyes as if helping me was an inconvenience. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor customer service, especially when the store charges high prices for clothes that, frankly, aren’t very stylish. It was a disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and staff attitude.

   Great choices and quality. They have great discounts too now. The lady who works there is nice and try’s to help but the store gets crowded and there is only her works as a cashier and also organizing the store.

   Today i visited to store with my fakily at 17:15pm. The stores door was closed, and a lady was standing inside just next to door. My 4 year old daughter tried to open the door, i had stroller with a baby. That lady didnt even move after seeing us. Then my wife came and opened the door. Then that lady advised us the store closes in 10minutes. So we decided will leave the store as its closing time. while exiting, again that lady didnt even move, she didnt open the door for us. how could treat us like this? i felt soo bad that i thought i should share it here.
