   I bought a pair of runners at this store, got to my hotel in Edinburgh and found I’d left them in store (I thought at least!) I rang the store just before closing and a lovely staff member called Tracy answered. She was over the top helpful and wanted the situation solved. It was just before closing when most would just give up and go home. Tracy went beyond good service and took my details to check in the morning how we could solve the issue further. I went and checked the car again and pulled out all the luggage…and there they were! Great appreciation and thanks to Tracy! I’ve bought a few pairs of shoes here and will be back again!

   One of the biggest Skechers stores in town. If you can't find what you look for in other smaller branches, come here, you may find what you search because this factory outlet has more items. It's located in the Fort Kinnaird complex with other big stores on the site. You can drive or take a bus to get here. Parking space can be crowded on weekends. Overall, highly recommended.

3. See Through Science ★☆☆☆☆

   Unbelievably rubbish service! The attendant just wandered off to chat up another member of staff after she’d told us the shoes we were looking for had run out of our size. No attempt to help us find an alternative pair. Kind of funny really.

   Great experience at the Fort Kinnaird store in Edinburgh. Jamie was super helpful, attentive and knowledgable and I found the perfect pair of wide fit running shoes which was perfect as I have plantar fascitius and needed something specific. There was even choice, great range and the shoes gel cushion are going to be a delight.

   I went to buy a pair of trainers for my daughter today, the shop assistant called mustapha tried his best to find the pair that I was looking for,I was impressed how the team were working together,all friendly and kind ,it's the best service ever ,would definitely shop again in the same store thank you

   Fab shoes and lots of choice if you like Skechers. Like the layout of easy to browse aisles; shoe on display with an array of sizes boxed below. Bargain area is towards the rear and again easy to navigate. There's lots of staff on the floor, busy sorting stock and sufficient benching to sit to try, before you buy. Check with staff for offers on full price e.g. 30% off 2nd pair (lowest price) as it might alter your choices.
