   I’m very disappointed with the service. I bought the shoes and after a week the inner sole start to come off and irritate my kid toes. The first person agreed it shouldn’t happened, however the second person took the shoes over and said is not true. I was refused the repair or return, the manager didn’t want to speak with me either. I was told they’re cheap shoes and this is what I should expect. The girl was rude and dismissive. Terrible service!

   I had such a good experience purchasing my son's school shoes here. I had just been in Clarks where the staff were incredibly rude. The moment I walked into this Shuh location all the shop assistants were enthusiastic to help my son get the shoes that he wanted. We had Lucy helping us and she made sure that my son's shoes fit well and that he was happy. I highly recommend going to this Shuh location. The service was exceptional. Thank you Lucy!

   Not good, staff not helpful, child wanted to pay for her shoes to feel happy and more adult like, by mistake handed to much money but person on the till haven't counted just put it quickly in the till. I have noticed last second but till was closed quickly and couldn't be open. Ach well lesson learned not to trust. More kids friendly staff would be helpful as this has ruined her confidence. It's a shame. Definitely won't be using again.

   Just been in and quite honestly the service was horrific. One star is generous. I was the only customer in the shop when I went in and despite there being four or five members of staff in the place I wasn't approached by any of them. They were all huddled round the same computer screen laughing and giggling with their backs to the shop and didn't actually have any idea anyone was even in the shop. I chose what I wanted and approached them. One turned, looked and me and then huddled herself closer to the screen laughing to her friend. Her friend then turned round, smirked, looked away and carried on playing. Eventually a third, finally turned and acknowledged me as a customer and served me. Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! I'm not sure if there was any form of supervisor or manager in the shop - that might have been the lady that walked through the shop shouting about going to eat something and wouldn't be long while the staff were ignoring customers!! A regular customer who won't return until some customer training is carried out.

   According to my experience the staff is not that much helpful and i bought shoes over their and they don’t provide a proper service if you ask someone they see you that you are calling but at a same time they just ignore and roam around the store…. This is my experience.

   My self, my children and their Gran had a fantastic experience in this shop. The lady working there was very helpful and chatty with the children. I will absolutely be returning to shop here. The range of shoes was great too!
