   I travel here from Bonnyrigg to get shoes for my child however most of the time they do not have his size in stock and I have to buy online. Today we were told they have no 9 1/2 size shoes whatsoever in any style let alone the one my child chose and the salesperson made a comment that they had new stock in boxes which may contain that size but hadn't opened them yet and wouldn't till later in the week. I found this frustrating as if you are out of a size why not restock rather than tell me its sitting in the back room in a box but I cant buy it! So I had to go order online yet again and pay delivery. Maybe with such poor stock levels they could offer free delivery codes for online.

   I have been in contact with customer care and it is yet to be acknowledged, my visit to this store was definitely not a pleasant one, what I witnessed was horrendously bad, a member off staff I believe to be manager speaking in a awful tone to a staff member in front of the extremely busy store and myself. This experience has definitely put me off attending the Craig park store if that is how the staff get treated from superior staff members. Utter disrespectful behaviour. I am worked up with myself for not saying something at the time to this manager.

   Excellent service when picking up my click and collect order. I was greeted really quickly by staff and the lady who served me was very quick to find my order. I felt that even though I had already made my purchase online that she was genuinely interested in my purchase being suitable. I also enquired if I could send them back via the store if I tried them on there and then, which was quickly confirmed. I was offered a bag when I had confirmed the fit and happiness with the product. I was totally pleased with the first class friendly service I received, thank you.

   Fantastic service as always. Turned by, booked a slot for an hour later, no problem. Really thought out how to serve customers under the current restrictions and provide a good few ways for your children to have their feet measured safely. Well done Clarks!
