   I visited this shop tonight for some new summer clothes. The shop and products are lovely, but the member of staff who served me at the till was poor. She scrunched up all of the tops that I was buying, stacked them in a messy pile and then carelessly stuffed them into a bag. When I told her that her folding of my products was very poor, she just giggled nervously and continued to stuff the clothing in the bag, no apology. I expect better service than this from Next, particularly when staff in Primark carefully fold your items. Probably won't return to this branch. Disappointing.

   Where are the staff??? They are nice when you eventually find one and next clothes have reduced in quality and increased in price over the years Not much choice of mens clothes at this branch. again - where are the staff???

   Fab service I went in for black trousers today and they didn’t have any , I asked an assistant if she could help me and she found me some from the stockroom . Tue 13th October, sorry I didn’t get her name but 5 stars to her very helpful and cheerful

   Good selection of clothes and the kids section is good. They have a handy door that's on the main street, so I use this entrance to get into the main overgate center. I generally don't go here when they have the sales because who would queue outside from 5am?

   Went in to try on suit jackets because I had seen a nice suit on the Next website. I wanted to try on the tailored fit and also the regular fit as I knew the slim fit wasn't an option as I'm very slightly over 40 and I have a little bit of middle age spread. I tried on the tailored fit which was tight around the waist so I asked to try on a regular. The shop assistant Amy (who was excellent) checked the hangers and also the back room stock. Not one regular fit jacket in the whole store. It was still a good experience and Amy was a great help. Take note Next, we aren't all skinny or triangle shaped.

   Good store with ample parking outside. Quite a small store but has a good (limited) selection of clothes for men, women and children along with a small section for Next Home items upstars. Click and collect service is also upstairs and staff are quick to fulfil collections
