Really fabulous JojoMaman Bebe branch in Perth, Scotland,! Beautiful merchandising and easy to look through the various categories. The staff were outstandingly helpful and thoroughly knew their merchandise thus very able to steer you in the right direction for what you were looking. Cannot recommend enough!
I love this store and the people who work there. There clothes are beautiful and my wee girl loves visiting there. I was appalled to read however that they have the worst possible score on ‘Good on You’. To put this in context they are less ethical that most other high street stores including primark! I have include some screenshots but please feel free to look into the brand yourself. It is appalling. Fast fashion is responsible for 10% of carbon emissions and only 2% of workers are given a living wage. With Jo Jo mama bebés price point they should be doing more compared to the other high street stores NOT LESS! I have decided what I want for my child is a future not beautiful clothes so I will not be shopping here again. Frugi, Kite and piccalilli are ethical kids/ baby brands for around the same price and are equally beautiful so it can be done. I am sorry to the people who work at this store for this review. It is not about you.
Only been into the store twice and the staff have been fantastic both times. Was looking for maternity wear and the lovely lady in the shop kindly offered to go upstairs and grab me a box of off season sale tops to look through. Got a great selection of t-shirts and jumpers to last me into the later stages of pregnancy into autumn and winter at great prices, having picked up a couple of more summery items in salesfloor sale section on a previous visit. This is one of few stores in Perth that sell maternity wear and her efforts increased the choice of products massively. Lovely to see retail staff who are still willing to go above and beyond to provide the service required to meet the customers needs. Will definitely shop here again.
In the Perth branch today and the staff are brilliant. Knowledgeable about stock, helpful, chatty. The stock is very good too, wish I'd gone in before today. Everything is very well priced.
Fantastic customer service! I bought a Dreambaby duck thermometer last year and it stopped working, I took it back to the shop although I couldn't find my receipt. It started working again when we were in but was told that if it stopped again just to give them a call. We managed two uses before experiencing the same problem. I called and Caroline the manager said that she would put a replacement aside for me and to just pop in. So helpful and friendly, no stress or fuss, thank you!
