   Lovely service! Karishma was wonderful in helping me choose a shoe. She patiently listened to all the issues I was having with my current pair and offered thoughtful suggestions on what I should wear. She was extremely patient as I went back and forth trying different sizes. On top of that, she kindly recommended some soft socks that would help with my injury. Truly a kind and helpful experience!

   Visited today, there were plenty of staff available, at least 6. I picked 2 pairs of shoes to try on but the staff were determined to ignore me & carry on their conversation. So due to the lack of interest I returned both pairs of shoes to the stand. The lack of service was mentioned politely & I was basically told it wasn't my business "I wasn't her manager". Come on Sketchers get a manager in who can manage!! If you want your business to survive you must have staff who don't see customers as an interruption of their social life!

   I took only rare shoes from them, available in 7 countries in the world, and they were worth about 150 pounds, and when I returned home, I found out that they gave me what was on display! Ok, why, when I asked her before I bought it at that value, give me a new one, and she said, ok, but why play? It was from the first time that I told it, and if I had told it, I would not have taken it, but because I liked it and it was rare, I only took it!

   Went in today, as usual the one pair of shoes I really liked were out of stock in my size, initially the chap who served me offered to order them but because it would take a week or two I declined. However, after an hour shopping around town I decided to go back as I couldn’t find them online. This time I was served by a tall lad with bleached blonde hair and an Aussie accent, when I asked if I could get the shoes ordered he was quite rude and insisted that they can’t order them for me and said to go online and put the number in the search bar. The number is on the inside label of the shoe, how am I supposed to know that. Just found him unpleasant!
