   Was charged full price for two items which were in the sale with red stickers on them. Was told they can’t honour the sale price so had to get a refund.

   Nice store with really good quality and many good choices… Only one thing I don’t like… I was stuck in the corridor in the men section waiting to go to the changing room… Today Monday was over 15 people waiting in a queue… I don’t know in the women section downstairs but here on the top floor was ridiculous… Other than the shop it’s good

   I would like to give a shout out to Sasha for excellent customer service on Thursday 20 Feb. She took time to call another store to check for a size. As a former H&M employee, I appreciated her help on a very understaffed shop floor. Well done Sasha,a great ambassador for the brand.

   Manager working in the change rooms on Friday 2 December was so rude. I’d hung all my clothes and was leaving the dressing room so went to hand them to her and she refused to take them. Obviously she thought as the manager she could provide this kind of terrible service without consequences. Other staff were fine but I won’t be shopping there again

   My wife and I were in this store last Friday morning and the level of service was dreadful. We stood at the upstairs till for almost 5 minutes where a member of staff was serving a customer. Two other members of staff came and went twice but simply ignored us. We then went downstairs an eventually someone served us, reluctantly and in need of some customer care training. If what we wanted hadn’t been promised to our granddaughter we would not have bought anything.

   Avoid this shop. Bad customer service. Employees talking between themselves or just getting in the way when you are browsing the shop. And: who invented the rule that the fitting rooms close 2 hours before the shop actually closes?? Very bad. Went to Next and Mango instead.

   Needed to exchange a dress for a bigger size. I was on my break (I work in the centre) and I didn’t have time to search around, so I went up to someone from the staff asking if they had those dresses. He told me they’re on the other side of the shop (behind a wall) and ‘we might have some or we may not’… great customer service, guess I’m gonna have to go back to ocean terminal :)

   H&M might be the second-largest global clothing retailer, but this isn't a flagship store. Limited mens range, but the store is light and airy and reasonably well laid out. Maybe it'll improve over time in thus location.
