We were here for food and drinks before a show at the Usher Hall. Despite booking a table and pre ordering food it took half an hour to get a drink and even longer for the food to arrive. The waiting staff were trying hard but there were far too few of them, and the food was not particularly hot when it did get to us. In 1.5 hours we only managed to get 2 drinks. Overall it would have been a lot more fun with quicker service, lots of other customers also sitting waiting with nothing on the table.

At BrewDog Edinburgh Lothian Road, you can eat and drink to your heart’s content—and trust me, you won’t leave hungry. The food portions are generous enough to satisfy even the hungriest beast. But the real star here? The beer. With so many options, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re a hop-head, a stout lover, or just someone who orders “the one that tastes least like beer.” And it’s not just BrewDog’s own creations on tap; they’ve also invited some guest beers along for the party.

The restaurant atmosphere is amazing The service was slow even though the restaurant was almost empty I tried all the wings flavors and the varies with the buffalo and dragon spice as the best. Personally I didn’t like the flavor of herby lemon on the wings

BrewDog Lothian Rd. is an absolute gem! The food is consistently delicious, with a menu that caters to everyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure - and they also treat our dog like a Prince. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time!

Went 2/12/25 for another visit after almost 2 years and it was still very good. Lots of delicious beers and decent burgers and fries though so hungry I forgot a picture sorry! The place became very busy for a Wednesday with lots of groups and all you can eat wing night on Wednesdays as well. Enjoyed barley wine and stout and it was becoming pretty loud as it was really busy so left for hanging bat near by. Two sides for £7 was a nice value

A solid BrewDog offshoot in Lothian Road. Plenty of seating, modern decor, tasty buffalo wings and friendly staff. Hadn’t really heard of BrewDog until arriving in the UK, but have enjoyed sampling their different brews during our travels. Definitely kid friendly and a pleasant experience overall.

This BrewDog pub is nicely located next to the Sheraton, and easy to reach from most of central Edinburgh. The interior is nice, but due to the concrete floor it gets incredibly loud when the pub is even half full. When we finally got our food, after a 45 minute wait, we could barely speak with one another due to the noise. Well, we actually only got some of the food we ordered - the bar tender hat forgotten half our order. The staff seemed to be very new and poorly trained. The young lady tending the bar got more or less every order wrong, especially the food. She also had a very unfriendly attitude and seemed extremely bored with her job. One of the staff realized how poor our experience had been and apologized, and we didn’t have to pay for the food. Nonetheless, we can’t rate our experience any higher and were sad that we spent one of our few nights in Edinburgh at BrewDog. That said, we love the BrewDog beers and might stop by for one pint during our next visit, but only for that, and only with a different bartender.

Staff are very helpful. The beers were offered for tasting and the food was quick and perfectly hit the spot. I had chicken loaded fries and the boys had burgers which they loved.

Stopped in for dinner while touring Edinburgh. Lively atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered burgers and Mac and cheese. All were really good. Waiter gave wonderful beer suggestion. Very nice place for a drink and bite to eat.
