Hidden gem with a lovely garden (too hot today though). Great selection of food and all were delicious. Some had the roast dinner which looked great. I had the ham salad which was delicious. The ham was thick cut and excellent. Very accommodating staff. We will definitely be going again.

Steve and Jules were fantastic hosts. The food was out of this world as was the welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this pub. Great vegetarian options too. Will definitely come again!

We loved it here, the staff are so lovely , we had a good chat with the chef who was lovely, they had several vegan options for starters, mains and pudding , we enjoyed them all! We had a vegan sausage roll , and vegan spring rolls to start, for mains we had a vegan bean burger and a vegan pot pie which was jackfruit and ale (brilliant pie) and then we had a chocolate and caramel cake with vegan ice cream for pudding. We also had a little dog meal for our dog Barney, can't recommend this place enough, also the fact the pub is 16th century is also really cool, the pub inside is also very cosy and extremely dog friendly. This place is also LGBTQ+ Safe!

What a lovely little find. Steve and Juls were just fab. Caitlin, the lady behind the bar was lovely as was the chef. Everyone had a smile and made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing and very well presented. The open fire made the experience even more homely. I can guarantee it won't be too long before we return .

Wonderfully welcoming and inclusive pub. Impressively diverse menu with lots of vegan and veggie options. Local real ales, and an open fire. So dog friendly - there is even a special food menu for dogs! Perfect place to stop off when out walking the Cotswolds Way.

We drove for 2 hours to come and try the food and introduce our 5 month old puppy to the pub environment! It was well worth it for a walk in beautiful surroundings followed by a tasty vegan Sunday dinner with jam roly poly for pudding! The staff were so welcoming, great place and we’ll be back! Thank you P.s. I’m not a professional food photographer but I a dedicated vegan foodie!

We’ve always driven past this place and thought: “Wouldn’t it be nice to try this one day?” Today was that day, and what a meal!!! Great price for what you get and stunning food; everything was cooked really well and packed full of flavour! There is great choice on the menu, even for vegans (if you are that way inclined) and it’s all reasonably priced! The roasts were £12.95 each and vastly better than a typical carvery! Lots of parking, a charming and well decorated pub. They also had an open log fire and a lovely wood burner in the room we were in! It was so warm and welcoming.
