Came in yesterday for the first time and was genuinely blown away by the level of customer service—especially from the young lady with blonde, curly hair. She made our visit feel special from start to finish. There’s a lovely selection of food and drinks, and the overall experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!
A great experience!! Highly recommend as a posh cinematic experience!! Lovely bar area for pre drinks! Because we had not eaten we ordered a burger each prior to the movie. They were superb, restaurant quality, we also had cocktails and popcorn. I don’t think it was silly prices either!! Super comfy seats, Brilliant service and great food and drinks. It helped that the movie was brilliant!!
Incredible experience and service you cannot find elsewhere. Mo was incredibly helpful when I lost my headphones in the theatre and gave us two desserts on the house when there was a kitchen mishap. The food was out of the world, lovely staff and beautiful venue, environment was so friendly and welcoming, what a pleasant night we had!!
Phenomenal movie theater! Comfortable seats (with foot rests!), great picture and sound and even drink service to your seat. The staff are so friendly and accommodated our ticket snafu. Everything from the decor to the movie experience and some after movie drinks was incredible. Thank you!!
Visited on 27th march for the afternoon & was greeted warmly . Very plus surroundings with great lighting . I had tea and a hotdog with their special bin & toppings .followed by carrot cake which was divine !! Bonus : you'll often see celebrities in EVERYMAN !! The staff were helpful & friendly and nothing was too much trouble .! Special shout out to the manager on that day . Superb ! Highly recommended
What a great new cinema experience for Edinburgh based in the new Saint James Quarter shopping centre. Opulent furnishings, bar service within the screening room, table service brought to you while seated, before movie begins.
I really wanted this to be just a bit better. Big supporter of the move towards a more luxury cinema experience. Arrived and had a seat in the lounge and placed orders which were delivered to our seat in the cinema. Unfortunately orders were mixed up which was quickly resolved so all okay aside from the slight awkwardness. Sundaes were very good however! Sofas felt quite cramped with a very small table shared with a neighbour. But comfortable enough. Main door/fire escape next to the screen was unfortunate. What bothered me the most was there seemed to be some technical issues at the start of the film and then thought the movie (Avatar) there were definite playback issues (frames dropping) which was a real shame. Doesn’t match the dominion as far as Edinburgh goes.
Absolute class at its best. Not too crowded also which makes it far more enjoyable. The surround sound it by far the best I've experienced in a cinema, the food and drink is amazing especially the milk shake. The table service offers you that comfort of being sat relaxing and not having to do the impossible buckaroo walk with popcorn and drinks. Highly recommended
Brilliant first visit today. The team were exceptionally welcoming and the quality of the food is amazing. We had the burger and was delicious - also serve a great selection of drinks. Overall experience is far more premium than any other cinema we’ve been to before.
