   I visited 2 days in a row,their staff is rude, they treated you how they are see you, l do have a hidden disability, l have to wear glasses and hat because l have photosensitivity epilepsy and absence seizures, the pregnancy lady was in my face talking about me, try to intimidated me, my daughter was looking 2 matched for her best and her, second the bag was 3 but they sold me as 7 just lets go l will back next time, l back after next day, this lovely lady with glasses was trying to be helpful but this pregnant woman his behaviour was rolling his was turning around and said no! l will no buy here anymore as l did for 11 years un Solihull, maybe they could be staff from Solihull to teach them services costume, manners and bein emphatic with people that treat people like they thieves .

   I visited Claire's today for a piercing and was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received from the staff. Their approach was rushed, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service standards. What was especially upsetting was being told to stand outside even though there was clearly enough space inside. The way this was communicated was not only impolite but downright disrespectful. I felt unwelcome and embarrassed, which is unacceptable from a brand that deals with personal services like piercings. What’s even more disheartening is that I had read similar negative reviews before visiting, hoping things might have improved. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. This experience has left a very poor impression of the store. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. If possible, I wouldn’t even give a single star, as this visit truly did not deserve it.

   Visited today with my 2 daughters, 2 nose piercings and ear piercing. Girl was so rude from the start, give us prices with the advanced solution without asking and then when I showed her the price online she said thats 32 without any solution (lie) told me my nose would go black from the free solution (why promote a free solution that makes your nose go black) manager stepped in and was much nicer. I just think the first girl giving prices of earings and forgetting to mention theirs a price of advanced solution being added on is misleading. I understand advanced solutions are their to be sold but do it in an honest way as if I hadn’t seen the price online I would have thought the extra was for the earings not the advanced solution I didn’t ask for

   I got my nose pierced at this store two months ago and was very excited at first. However, my experience was disappointing. The staff were not approachable and quite rude. While I was there, they were having a discussion about who should pierce me, and no one seemed willing or ready to take it up it felt very unprofessional. During the piercing, the staff member was rude and didn’t even properly secure the piercing. she didn’t add the back button to my nose ring. Even though I used the aftercare lotion they gave me exactly as instructed, my piercing got infected after a few days. I ended up having to remove it. Overall, I was very unhappy with both the service and the quality of care. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

   The store is small but my daughter got some bargains this weekend, they had a huge sale and everything on sale was 3 for £10! She was in heaven, the staff members we spoke with were both very helpful and lovely despite being rushed off their feet! I had a quick read of previous reviews and i think the main take away is to stop expecting studio level piercing from an accessories shop.

   If zero stars was an option that is what I would give. Took my 8 year old here to get her ears pierced. The earrings were put on to tight and resulted in my daughter having sore, red, swollen ears. I rang for advice as they were so tight I couldn't grasp the earrings to take them off. The lady I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude, when I told her the issue she laughed and simply replied with 'If its that bad take her to a&e then' and 'maybe you should go to a tattoo shop' wouldn't give me her name. Have taken this matter further. Won't be to hard to find her name as can't imagine there were to many staff on at 5.30pm on Tuesday 18th October

   I’ve been in today to get my ear pierced and this woman told me I need id to get them done and was very rude with me in the shop. Even though I had already rang that day and asked them and they didn’t mention that I needed id. As if I carry my passport round with me 24/7…
