   I love NewLook, they have really nice, and modest clothes but the only problem is the sizes, the sizes are really small so it’s hard to find something ur size sometimes. It’s not only the sizes but also the prices, the clothes are pretty expensive a normal shirt is 10-13 pound. Other than that I love it

   Thought this was really bad, went to buy an item in store that had been marked it was reduced by 25%. When taking it to the counter I was told that the discount had ended the night before. I visited the store at 5.30PM, which would have given the store over 10 hours to have taken the signs down, that were advertised across the whole shop. This is really disappointing for a well known brand. I then asked the girl at the till if they would take student discount, which she implied was only 10%. Online new look are offering the full 25% off discount which I think is what I am entitled too. The sticker on the item also labeled that the price was deducted but they weren’t willing to honour it.

   Lovely store in St David's Centre. The staff were very helpful. The store is very well laid out. Easy to find the type of garment your looking for. The staff jump on the tills as soon as customers start to queue. Great shopping experience.

   I love the clothes and staff in new look, they are so nice and welcoming however there is always one who is too entitled. Where everyone was trying on their heels there was a pile of heels which is expected in such a busy place, the Capital of Wales.. a female staff member came over to a bunch of people trying shoes rolled her eyes sighed and went into the staff only area you could tell that the people there were made uncomfortable.
