   Was meant to talk about this matter a week ago or so only just got to it but the staff are quite lazy and vile I walked past this blonde lady talk to I’m guessing other staff members about in her quotes ‘who she shags’ I was in absolute shock I could see the shock in the staff and they look quite uncomfortable also another matter I’ve seen how differently they treat each staff through my time there.

   The shop its self is falling apart, was looking forward to finding a jacket I can't get in gloucester, however when walking through noticed the smell of sewage and noticed it coming from fitting rooms, the fitting rooms closed to public thankfully the smell overwhelmed the shop and the sound of running water made it clear repairs on the property are needed. One upside was finding the jacket but it smelt from being in that environment.

   Horrible , rude staff especially the girl with the long red hair on the till point today ( Monday 24thNovember)... Would say serving but she was just stood there chatting to the other female assistant and no acknowledgement to customers whatsoever. The poor young male assistant called Aaron was doing all the work. I mentioned this to him whilst he served me as l genuinely felt bad for him. I said to him " looks like you are doing all the work". When l turned around to walk away the red haired girl was so rude to me and said " well if you didn't walk the long way around l would have served you wouldn't l!"....( l actually walked the correct way to the till point and if l had done a short cut l definately would have been told to go the right way so that was a load of rubbish). She also replied to me " oh poor Aaron " when l said to her that he's doing everything and she continued to shout at me across the shop floor when l was walking away! Absolute shocking behaviour, Very nasty young woman who is not just lazy and selfish but aggressive too. Peacocks do yourselves a favour and get some decent staff with manners and Customer Service skills , the two female ones on the tillpoint today were atrocious.. Also member of staff with long blonde hair approached me and asked if l was alright and said she was the manager ( not sure whether she is) and l explained what happened and she apologised but l will be taking it further.
