Not a good experience. One of the colleagues opened the door without knocking while I was changing, and it was the room on the end so everyone could see in. I was honestly shocked and felt really uncomfortable. Definitely needs better privacy and respect for guests.
Tried to go into a changing room with my little sister and was told only mothers and daughter can share a changing room. Our mother sadly passed away last year and I am now her guardian. Think this needs to be re-assessed .
I often go to hollister but was absolutely disgusted by the service in there this morning. Employee named Lydia shamed my sister because she didn’t know how many items she had to try on after saying “6 i think.” she went through each item aggressively after saying “well i need to know the exact amount.” i understand needing the item count to prevent theft but there are better ways to go about it. I ordered a top with her and once again she was rude, after asking a question and receiving a polite response she decided to ask it again with a louder and rude tone. would not appreciate seeing Lydia C again.
Lovely store and even lovelier staff! I was served by Gabby and she was absolutely fantastic, very kind and patient and we had a lovely conversation about music while I was there. Incredible customer service and overall a lovely person too! Thank you Gabby!
Usual Hollister prices, plenty of room in store to look around, large markdown sections, usually not too busy.
5 stars because the customer service is excellent. Clothes wise Brits could not tell you cotton from linen let alone grades of cotton. So every shop takes the p!SS with our clothes. Some nice styles though especially casual trucker jackets. Again staff and customer service is brill. Personally I think they need to rebrand now and expand to capture all ages and all sizes. Easy for me I'm built like a tailors dummy.
Gotta love Hollister! Haven't been in quite a few years, but the variety of products was still top notch! The store was spacioous and the staff were friendly. There was a bit of disorganisation with the changing room and I was waiting for around 10 mins, but aside from that can't complain at all. Great job.
Brighter shop since the move across St David's 2. Staff friendly but pretty poor knowledge. Struggled with my gift card and then were not sure on the rules of when it expired and job to apply discount.
Really dispointed about my customer experience. Waited in the 'wrong' queue to pickup an online order regardless the sign that no waiting is required by the sign. It was a 15 min wait and I was sent back to an even longer queue. Never again, what a humiliation! Get a grip, customer complaint will follow.
Used to be a nice classy place. Now more clothes on the floor than shelves. Staff like to talk more than help. Less room to walk than a sports direct.... Plus don't forget the joy of doing all this in the dark. Times have moved on, your decor should too.
