   Staff were constantly bugging me to sell. I don’t need to be approached 3 times! I wanted to buy but decided to purchase elsewhere online. PUSHY SALES DOESNT WORK

   The staff refuse to sell us a shirt because we didn’t wang to give them an email address ! That’s very rude and innapropriate. Why wife tried the shirt so we don’t need any receipt. Not happy with this bad experience.

   I have always loved All Saints stuff, especially the more industrial shoes and leather jackets. I knew roughly what I was after when I went into the store. The staff were attentive without being pushy. They knew from the outset what I was after (I described it) and they knew they probably didn't have it as it wasn't the right season for it, but they went the extra mile to get certain items from stock that may have fitted the bill. They also looked online to show me other items that might be suitable. As I said, it was the wrong season for the kind of product I was after, so it was a no sale this time, but I can't fault the staff's enthusiasm and eagerness. They may well be on commission, but if they are they didn't show it as there was no pushing. A genuinely pleasant experience.

   No issues with staff but with the company overall. I wandered in here as I was intrigued by what I’d been told by close friends. However the moment I walked in I could tell it was a huge waste of money. Absolutely horrific how they charge £500 for a FAKE leather jacket, made of plastic that had an awful smell to it. The shoes I had also noticed were made of the same fake leather plastic material, and to make matters worse the soles of all of their shoes were made of foam instead of rubber. In comparison to rubber foam is incredibly cheap to manufacture, but these shoes were being sold at whopping price points of between £220-£250. Absolutely shocking quality for the price. Even after this point, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and headed over to the T-shirts, which for a ‘luxury’ alternative brand I expect to be high quality as high quality T-shirts do not cost a lot to manufacture. The shirts were mostly all incredibly thin and cheap feeling. The designs felt cheaply printed onto shirts and overall it was just disappointing quality. Unfortunately I will not return as it seems to be priced as though it was a ‘high-end, luxury’ clothing store without any of the quality you’d expect. You’re better off spending the same amount in Westwood, at least you’d be receiving quality items.

   Vibrant and pleasant shopping experience with excellent customer service. The clothes have great style and durability, and if you subscribe to the newsletter you get money off your first purchase, which was told to me by staff to help me save money. They didn't have to do this and it goes a long way when people genuinely take care of the customer. I will buy from here again!

   Love all saints clothing. Wanted to buy a leather jacket. Went to sale rack bc closest to stairs and had leather jackets. Multiple sales folks kept telling me to follow them to other leather jackets area. Brought me other ones and i explained i liked a style they brought others from full price rack. "But i like this one do you have in large?" "No follow me over here" (I didn't because was still looking) "How about this brown one we have more follow me over here" . (Still looking) Ok fine. "I think i like this one." Salesperson "Follow me over here" I get it if i liked. Just felt so upsold and high pressure sales force rather than enjoying browsing. I guess one could argue "being helpful" or "just showing you others" but it was oddly too quick to pull me from one rack. "These are too tight" "no they stretch" "i like the style no collar over here" "no these will have your size". I guess i didnt feel like pushing back. I guess a mgr would say "thats what i want, upsell them " But I went and looked at ones i wanted and got out to buy online. Oddly friend shopping downstairs in woman's said same and she left earlier. "They were too pushy" "I thought it was just me" I say bc mgr of shop should tell sales force to dial back the high pressure sales. Its too obvious. Make someone happy to browse vs high pressure sell and ill return for more sakes vs one hard sell. But hey you folks know your business. In fairness, maybe clear im a tourist here or maybe I'm not the target audience. Ill just buy online though so they lost a sale of leather jacket 200-350 and shirt i wanted (99). So tried them on, got my size and left bc i didn't want to have to feel passive aggressive upsell. Writing bc i like your stuff.

1. Formalis “Formalis” ★★☆☆☆

   Nice selection, but was hounded constantly by staff upstairs the moment I walked in. It's nice that they're offering to be helpful but I felt like the guy wouldn't leave me alone until I had bought something. That said, a lot of the clothes are seriously overpriced!
