   This is the second time I have used Party Central in Llandaff, and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for balloons for a special occasion. George went out of his way to help me with balloons for my daughter's baby shower, even ordering in a particular colour of balloon that I wanted, to see if it suited my requirements. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient whether that was over the phone or by email. The balloons were delivered on time and were exactly what I was looking for. My daughter was delighted with them. Thanks George!
