   Staff are super rude, wish zero stars was an option. I asked a simple question about sales since it’s Black Friday, and the woman on the shop floor responded with the worst attitude. She was loud, dismissive, and made it feel like I was bothering her just for asking. I get that everyone can have bad days, but considering it’s part of the job to answer customer enquiries, the attitude was completely uncalled for. Really unprofessional and it’s completely put me off shopping here.

   Lovley stuff in the shop however we cut our visit short due to a rather rude shop assistant seemingly following us around the store. We were shopping for duvets and was asked if anything we had was to be put behind the counter even though we hadn’t really decided what we wanted . This was obviously a hidden attempt to say we were trying to steal and she carries on with the rude behaviour when we confronted another person working there. So safe to say we don’t feel welcome or comfortable enough to shop again. Please learn how to treat your paying customers with respect that’s is before you accuse them of stealing first.

   Lovely staff and loads of good clothing. They even have a Costa upstairs which makes an amazing cup of coffee. Loved it.
