   over the last few years i've bought pretty much all of my outdoor kit kit from Jottnar ranging from t-shirts & mid-layers to puffers & shell jackets, nothing has ever let me down & i've been in some harsh conditions. everything is high quality, top notch products that are the best in class. customer service is excellent, always a speedy & helpful response to any questions.

   My experience with Jöttnar has been great. 10/10 customer service and the quality of their kit is outstanding. I had a small issue with one of my orders and in less than 5 minutes from my first email telling them what had happened i had received a full returns refund, an apology for the mistake and a new item sent out. Truly amazing service and probably will be my go to brand from now on. Cheers Jöttnar!!

   I’ve worn my Asger for scrambling in Snowdonia, winter mountaineering in the Highlands of Scotland, on Island Peak in Nepal and for climbing 4000m peaks in Switzerland. This piece of kit is consistently reliable and has never let me down. I wear a lightweight base underneath and never get cold, nor do I feel the wind. It's lightweight and packs away easily when its not needed. The adjustable hood fits easily over a climbing helmet and the pockets are well positioned so they can be accessed when wearing a climbing harness and rucksack. A great bit of kit - I wouldn't be without it.

   Love this brand. Yes, it's not as well known as some others but for me Jottnar is one of the best. Why? High quality, great fit - I prefer it on the snugger side - and the customer service is great. My go to brand for tech jackets. I've just bought the Fenrir. Love the insignia colour, only thing I'd improve is an outer chest pocket but everything thing else is spot on. For the spec, it's so warm.

   I have been using Jottnar for the past 2 years. As a landscape photographer I find myself in some rather harsh conditions, often standing about being battered by the weather. I have purchased and extensive range of items from them, from thermals, mid layers, down jackets and hard shell. All have performed like what is to be expected and I have remained warm and dry. In response to some that have mentioned customer service. On 2 occasions i have had a problem with a hard shell jacket. On both occasions the matter has been dealt with and rectified within days. A new item sent out on both occasions. I have had ZERO problems with any other item. On both occasions I have dealt with Morgan who has been absolutely fantastic. Personally i can not recommend Morgan or Jottnar highly enough for a complete quality service. Yes they are expensive, but they do often have sales, and you get what you pay for in the end. I would sooner spend to be warm and dry rather than save to be cold and wet.
