   I had an amazing stay at The Moorgate by Cove. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to transport, restaurants, and key attractions. The building itself is beautiful, and the interiors are equally impressive. My apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and great natural light. The amenities were excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Everything felt high-end and extremely well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

   GREAT location just steps from the Elizabeth line. Door to door from Heathrow at no time at all. Air conditioner worked too well - kept turning it to higher temps despite 30+ degree weather. Very quiet despite location on a busy corner. Two coffee shops on the first floor were an unexpected bonus. Multiple grocery, pub and fast casual options available within two blocks.

   I was ready to give this place 5 stars. I booked Moorgate twice — once for June 15th and again for June 19–22. My first stay was great. I booked a large studio and got exactly that. The AC wasn’t strong but the staff gave me a fan, so it was fine for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. However, my second stay was disappointing. I booked the same large studio but got a much smaller studio instead. When I asked, the staff claimed that layouts differ — but I was asking about the room size, not the layout. That felt misleading. Also, don’t trust the AC reviews — the unit barely cools. It took almost two days for the room to feel somewhat comfortable. If you’re staying in summer, expect to ask for extra fans. Overall, the location is great and the rooms are clean. But if you can’t provide the room someone booked and paid for, be upfront about it and don’t make excuses. At the very least, refund the difference if you give a smaller room. Guests deserve honesty and what they paid for.

   This was my first time in London and I selected Moorgate by Cove as my accommodation for a week. I know I rated this a 5 stars and it truly was a 5 star experience. From the size of the rooms, luxury feel, cleanliness, service, thoroughness in emails, it all came together really well. I was impressed by the washroom, gold cage room, size of large studio apartment, and the customer service. I needed extra hangers and they were able to provide that immediately too. Whenever I had questions, you just had to text a number and they'd get back to you. The water supply was out for a few hours one day and they made sure I was aware of the issue and I appreciated that communication. Overall, I'm excited to come back and stay at other Cove locations!

   First, I stayed here for only a week and it's clearly intended as a long term place. That said, the differences were minor so I still feel confident giving this rating. The biggest issue, by far, is not having a formal front desk and ALSO not having a good self-service process. I still have not received the entry code or room code I was promised I'd receive by the Moorgate's own system. I've checked all the folders and trash in my email but it's nowhere to be found. That's a big issue since they ALSO have no one you can ask for help on site and the phone reception only knows so much about the hotel. After a literal hour, I was able to get it sorted out. The other issue is that for some reason when I showered water dripped...from the ceiling...Never had that happen before. I think there may be a pipe leak behind the drywall but wasn't there long enough to find out. I had one minor issue with the iron but they resolved that quick enough so I give them kudos for that. Likewise, the rest of the room was very pretty and they had all the things I'd expect to want in a longterm stay: fridge, dishwasher, laundry in room, iron, safe (though too small for a laptop!). The bathroom was really nice which sounds specific but London hotels have terrible bathrooms in my experience. I was pleasantly surprised save the item mentioned above. In general, not bad and appears well kept so perhaps my experience was aberrant. That said, it was my experience.

   Gorgeous apartment, beautiful decor and containing everything you need including an iron, hairdryer, microwave/oven, hob and dishwasher. Great location, good service. Some minor grumbles as follows: check in is very late at 4pm, there is no socket near a mirror so it's hard to style your hair, the towel rail is on the other side of the bathroom from the shower and you can't place the bathroom mat in front of the shower because when you open the shower door the mat is pushed away.

   I had a great stay at very good price. They are high quality managed apartments. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The place has been recently renovated to a high standard. For the location and price you would struggle to beat this place. I have stayed in many hotels in the area which are not as good quality as this. It was clean, well resourced, plugs in all the right places. Good TV and WiFi. It is difficult to find anything to improve!
