There are insects in the toilet, the number of towels, dirty sockets is very small and the mutual relationship away from the bed is terrible, I couldn't even stay in this hotel, they didn't even put soap in this hotel, the bathroom is too small, I don't recommend it at all.

The worst hotel experience ever. Just a nightmare. We paid Β£109 for two nights, which is way more than in Travelodge, for example. And expected something more than just what Travelodge can offer. But what we received was a horror movie. It looked like a dirty shelter for homeless people - dirty bedding with blood stains and huge holes, someone's long hair everywhere (in our beds, first of all), even toilet paper roll was used and dirty. But the worst of it all was a mattress - impossible to sleep on, consisted only of springs, which should have been thrown away many years ago. After spending the first night on this instrument of torture, my ill mum simply couldn't get up and had horrible pains in her whole body. The second night destroyed her health even more. This is unheard of. We weren't just shamelessly robbed by this "hotel", we had to pay our money for our own torture!! SHAME ON YOU AND WE DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK!!!

Bed bugs! Just needed a bed to lie in for a work weekend. Ignored the bed reviews as just needed the bare minimum but it was below that. Bathroom was dirty, half a roll of toilet paper left and nothing else, shower didn't work and the beds were crawling with bed bugs.

Basic, but clean and tidy. Crisp white bedding and towels.had a good night's sleep. Tea,coffee, sugar and milk in fridge, & cooker in kitchen. Saved our weekend as our 1st place was crawling with bugs, damp and mouldy. Needs a re vamp it's an old building, some windows wouldn't open. Value for money yes, and would we stay there again, definitely.

Absolutely would not recommend, itβs a hostel for homeless and the majority staying here are drug users, my friend has been staying there due to a housing issue and honestly that place is ruining their mental health being there. Definitely do not pay for a room. Iβve got plenty proof videos and pictures to show the management but there never availableβ¦ I suggest fixing up the place and sorting it out before people go to the MP and Papers

It needs re innovating. It can be noisy. The employees are nice, but if you forget anything there better believe itβs gone

No shower curtain, suspicious stains on the bed, broken lock on bathroom, no soap, but it was cheap, the staff were friendly and there's a wetherspoons up the road so I guess it was perfect for a lads holiday

aka Ebers Hotel. Good and bad points. I'll start with the good: the room we had (4 singles, was only one left when we booked) was hence spacious. Dog was welcomed so that's rare, indeed the selling point. Mattresses were comfortable and room was warm (plug in heater supplied was not needed, mid-October22). Bathroom was newly refurbished (flooring, walls).Well-located for where in Notts we were. Tea n coffee, kettle, TV were all provided. Reception guy was friendly and welcoming. Bad points were numerous but at effectively Β£20 a head per night you cant expect too much... No bathroom mirror, no shower curtain nor cubicle, and no floor drain so would probably become a slip hazard were you to shower. Towels provided & floor mat, but no soap/shower gel/shampoo provided (basics!). We set up the dog's crate in there n he was fine. The ceiling had badly stained cracks in it, and in the morning we found water coming down the wall (was a top floor room) - was raining so that obv needs sorting. No cupboard, no drawers. The armchair had a broken rear leg so that could've led to injury if sat on unaware. Wooden slat blinds, where 1 missing slat was "replaced" with a couple of bits of white A4 sellotaped to it (LOL). I think they put up homeless folk (or a halfway house?), so providing a much-needed service, but obv some unsavoury types come with that territory, caveat emptor. Inside is rather labyrinthine so get specific directions to your room! In summary: you get what you pay for, manage your expectations.
