Been coming here for over 15 years and it’s gone down hill. Caravans are nothing like the pictures. Dirty plates and cutlery. Stains on sofas, doors, walls, beds and floors. Rusty radiators and bird poo covering outside of van. Random furniture in rooms like club chairs replacing dining chairs and some furniture missing like bedside tables and basic kitchen wear. We’ve spent over a £1000 on single trips to come here and theres no quality anymore. The site use to be lovely and quiet with polite people and now its full of people wanting a cheap boozy holiday with their 10+ children. Last time we stayed we paid for a gold caravan with decking. We had been situated near the front of the park where there was kids playing down the side of the van. No parents to be seen until the evening kids club and pub started. Parents leaving kids club and pub absolutely drunk singing football songs, shouting and arguing past 11pm. This meant we couldn’t get use out of decking as we had to keep all windows and doors shut for peace and quiet.

Beautiful beach, walked it everyday. People on site were very friendly, and the staff are all smiles and can’t do enough for you. Stayed there during work and enjoyed the place very much. Also, food was great in the park bar (the waterfront), but just off the park there is a chip shop, meh, not so great. But again, what a beach

A good site with very friendly and helpful staff. No complaints there. Van was good value. If you don't like narrow roads, don't come. Single track, or B roads with passing areas. A longish drive to get to A roads, or anywhere. At least 7 miles to Kingsbridge. Nearest supermarket

The park itself is really nice. There’s a beach right next to the park which is handy. The only beef I have is the roads into and out of the park, they are done of the narrowest I have been on and when you get 3 or 4 cars in a line coming the other way it can be difficult to navigate without scratching your motor. I think a one way system on the roads would be a better option making it safe for everyone.

The caravan was a bit tired in places. We had a problem with the heating out of hours and help arrived in minutes The staff were lovely especially the young lady behind the bar in the afternoons. The setting and proximity to the beach were amazing. I would definitely go again.

Good location for a Parkdean site. Right on the beach with amazing walks. Booked a cheap term time weekend break. Caravan was adequate, needed some TLC but fine for what we paid. Shop is terrible and basically empty and expensive. On site chip shop terrible as in no fish or fishcakes. we paid £9 for 2 large chips which were McCain frozen chucked in a fryer. Outside the bar area stank of weed!!! Didn't venture inside. Pool was a great size and nice changing rooms but all staff miserable!! Maybe they are fed up as its the end of the season! Overall I'd stay again as the kids loved it and we loved the location! Can't go wrong for a cheap break.

Visited with a large group of adults and children mostly aged 7-10. The site is set in close to the beach and perfect for costal walks and beautiful scenery. We had lots of different styles and sizes of caravan but all were clean and had heating, essential as we visited off season. We went to the entertainment every evening which we all got involved with and the children particularly enjoyed. There is a swimming pool, which when we were there allowed 45 min time slots each starting on the hour. The pool depth 1.2-1.4 metres with a tiny shallow tots pool, plus a bubble pool (12+ only) and sauna (18+ only). There is a small arcade and shop on site. We all ate at different times at the bar and meals were good, a bit over priced but to be expected. A perfect long weekend and we hope to go back

A nice park just yards from a gorgeous sandy beach. The caravan could do with a bit of updating but basically it was adequate. The restaurant was OK but the menu was a bit limited, maybe because of the time of year. The club room definitely needs updating, and the bar was limited ( no Southern Comfort! ) The best fish & chips at Fryer Tucks just outside the park. The shop was very basic and the worst bit is the single track roads with passing places down to the camp. A bit scary if your not used to them and you meet a tractor coming in the other direction.
