We hiked the South West Coast Path since the beginning in Minehead, and staying with Phil and Jane was by far the best experience we could ever have. The property is amazing, with a place for every taste: a campground, a bed and breakfast and four beautiful and comfortable pods. Everything is super cosy and clean. Besides the private areas, they have a huge common area, with large kitchen, big dinner table, sofas, ping pong table, and a very useful honesty shop, with many items for those who are walking the costal path. In fact it must be said that Phil and Jane think about the needs of hikers: the big covered room and kitchen, the small shop, and even real shower towels (so that hikers don't need to use their thin towels that never dry for at least a day - this is KINDNESS!) The farm itself is full of history: it served as a fake city during the second world war to prevent Plymouth from being bombed (ask Phil to tell you the story!) and much more! And Phil and Jane are just the most welcoming hosts you could possibly imagine. When we arrive, Phil gave us all the informations we need for the next days of the path and so much more that we never imagined we would ever need (and we did!). It was the first time in all of these days walking that we felt truly welcomed and a host shared with us the history of his region that is mixed with England’s own history. I am so glad we discovered this hidden gem and met these absolutely lovely couple in the costal Path! Next year, when we will continue the path, we will certainly come to stay with them again.

I had a fantastic stay with Phil and Jane. Kind people, great breakfasts, great facilities for a South West Coast Path walker that wanted a bed for a few nights, rather than a tent! Such a gorgeous location and such a treat to stay on a working farm with dogs, crops, livestock.

Phil and Jane couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. It was a very wet day so I was very glad to reach the farmhouse. Wet gear was left over the AGA to dry and I made myself comfortable in my room. There is a communal room with kitchen available for guest use which was so useful. Variety of food to buy (honesty box) if you dont have anything with you which was really helpful. Breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend!

Stunning location and great hosts. We took two pods and a room in the house. The walks here are unbelievable. Swam in the sea a 15 min walk down the hill. Dinner in the pub 30 min walk down the hill in Noss mayo. Phil and Jane were super nice. The breakfast in the house the next morning was great quality and perfectly cooked. Very relaxed place. Great for our kids who could roam around a working farm with the two farm dogs. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Jackie, and her husband couldn't have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. I had a very tasty breakfast the following morning too. Easy access to Noss mayo by a short walk across the fields. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future
