M-S Estates have been letting my property for 5 years now, since i was badly let down by a previous agent. They do a great job of letting my property, are really pleasant, helpful and responsive to deal with, but they go way beyond with things such as local contacts and advice. I can't think of a single negative to say about them if I wanted to!
MS estates provide a great estate agent service, they’re quick, helpful and offer lots of flexibility, not to mention the homes they list are top tier and well located. Would definitely use them again
Good overall experience. Very responsive and good communication. Bit of a pain trying to secure a house though, when viewings are mandatory and only at limited times of the day in the week.
We have found Becky at MS professional, patient and a pleasure to engage with. Many agents seem to have very limited viewing options, and don't return calls, but MS were easy to contact, quick and flexible to arrange a viewing to suit out schedule, met with us at the property, introduced us to the owners and nothing was rushed. At the same time we were very pleased at their speed and efficiency. Most importantly they introduced us to a lovely property.
I had the best experience with the ms estates team trying to secure an apartment for my postgraduate studies as an international student. Becky Todd in particular helped every step of the way, she was so patient with me and my numerous questions. She understood my and my flatmate's needs and gave us the best option. It was an enjoyable experience booking an apartment through them and I would 100 per cent recommend them to everyone.
Staff were very proffesional and helped anwser all my questions at the viewing. I was always kept in communication about the stages of my application and the referencing and signing system was easy to use and very fast! My contract and move in documents were all sorted within a matter of days. I also received my holding deposit back ln a very timely manner that helped finance my move. Brilliant team that I would highly reccomend for a smooth move.
Despite not moving in to our rental accommodation yet, our rental with MS estates has been seamless. They quickly respond to emails or are always at the end of the phone. They were also able to sort us a last-minute viewing just before we went back to our hometowns for Christmas. Overall a great estate agents.
I would highly recommend MS estate if you are looking for a place to live. Becky is very helpful and professional, really appreciate for her help. Also, if you are Hong Konger, please don't hesitate to approach Mr Tsang, he is a young and energetic person, he helped me a lot in explaining my flat's condition.
I would recommend MS Estates, I rented with them for around 7 years. Throughout that time, they acted quickly if any issues cropped up, always getting professionals in to do the work. MS estates also respected my privacy as a tenant and always let me know in good time if there was any reason for them to visit the property. At the end of my tenancy they also acted quickly to return my deposit. Overall they are a very fair a decent company to deal with and definitely the best landlords I have ever had.
