   Absolutely terrible agency. If there was an option for 0 stars, even that would be generous. Various problems during the year including multiple heating issues, maintenance problems (including a bedroom roof collapsing due to water leakage). Despite these problems, the agency turned the problem on us, offering no solution and instead behaving in a consistently rude and highly unprofessional manner. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AT ANY COST.

   This agent deserves one star. Even one star is one star too many. There were so many issues faced during our tenancy. It started off with almost not being able to collect the keys at a promised date as the keys were not ready. When we got to the property, we found that there was no dryer even though we clearly confirmed that there should be a dryer before signing the contract. Thank goodness we kept written evidence. The landlord was really nice and provided us with the dryer and a hoover but the agent’s attitude made us speechless. On a nice day, they were decent but on other days, they were arrogant and very uncooperative. Poor, delayed or no response to requests for maintenance. It was easier to just deal with the landlord which makes one question the purpose of the agent. Some other issues faced: -mouldy rooms in bedroom -leaky ceilings near the main entrance

   I rented through the company throughout my Post grad degree. Initially had an issue with a chester drawer but the agent sorted a replacement in 3 days. I also had no issues with my deposits being returned as I have done in the past with other companies. Overall a great experience with this company, would highly recommend to others

   Usually not the kind to complain about a company but the experience my house mates and I had during our year with Rent in Notts was unacceptable. Highly unprofessional and many of the problems within the house were never resolved before our tenancy ended. Also not once have we received an apology, even after we’d formally complained to RIN themselves. Would not recommend their services or the houses they have to offer. Sadly dampened our final year at university. It also seems as if the 5 star reviews are fake - written by family members or friends. Again, would not recommend.
