   such a great student letting agency! after an awful experience in 2nd year with our agents, we switched to Cunninghams and they have been absolutely amazing to us. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and with understanding, and the communication was excellent throughout our tenancy.    We would highly recommend Cunningham Lettings to any students looking to rent! They were so so helpful from the very beginning when we initially signed, throughout the year and right to the end. Anytime we encountered a problem it was solved so quickly - we really struggled with our letting agents last year but Cunningham Lettings were the complete opposite! They made student rental such an easy, stress-free experience. Special mention must go to Liv for all her help.

   Had some awful experiences with lettings agencies in Nottingham - this company is the only one that I would ever endorse to anyone. We have had literal attempts at theft of our deposits from previous agents, Cunninghams came and warned us of anything that might lose us our deposit so we could remedy it. Good property, good service and faster repairs than I have seen from any other lettings agency. Honestly, the only sensible choice for student lettings in Nottingham - other companies would benefit greatly by copying their company ethics and style of service.

   Been with Cunningham’s for 2 years and sad to be moving on! Both houses we rented were lovely, and looked after to a great standard. Very helpful and friendly letting agents who really got to know us personally so we always felt our needs were heard and seen to very quickly. Having a WhatsApp group rather than the occasional email like some letting agents I’ve seen really makes communication easier and definitely helps us report any household issues much more effectively!
