This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Our room has a small, well appointed kitchen. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the central rail and bus station. Belfast city hall is only two minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay at the Flint! Suite rooms are spacious and come with a fully equipped kitchen. Only thing they needed to add was some scissors! Only reason I marked the room down is it can be quite dark so getting ready had to be done in the bathroom and sadly the light mirror in the bathroom didnβt work but these reviews are for constructive feedback so places can become the greatest! :) service was amazing the staff were so friendly and helpful and took our bags before we could check in so we could sight see, which they also gave us recommendations on. There is a restaurant/bar connected to the hotel, we stayed in the week so it wasnβt too loud so unsure what it is like on the weekend but noise is to be expected anywhere in the city centre on a weekend! We had breakfast and lunch here and both times the food was amazing! Location was perfect you have everything you need around you within walking distance. Uber service was so good in Belfast we got an Uber to titanic and further places and was super affordable. Would definitely stay here again! Beds are the comfiest I swear!

I have stayed here many times and it has always been great. For the price you pay and the proximity to the city centre itβs hard to beat. Loving the added addition of the bar/restaurant downstairs. Staff are super friendly and helpful. will definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay at The Flint. Staff was very friendly, the location was great and walkable, the bar downstairs was very good, and there was free laundry! The laundry thing was huge as we were nearing the end of a long trip. Really spacious and comfortable room with a kitchenette even though it was not a suite. Just a really lovely experience top to bottom. No on-site parking but there is a parking garage just a couple of blocks away that you got a discount at if staying at the hotel.

I normally stay elsewhere in Belfast but found The Flint to be really intriguing so I said I'd give it a go. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to store my bags until my room was ready. The room was class; very clean, functional and loved the view. Although Belfast can party until late, I didn't hear a thing with the excellent soundproofing. Also loved that there was milk in the fridge for tea! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

What a fabulous hotel, clean, rooms spacious with a small kitchen. Staff where friendly and very helpful, our rooms where ready early and we where allowed to to check in early. Well place in the centre and within easy walking distance to either getting on the hop on off bus or walking to local land marks. Highly recommended

Stayed in during the Christmas period and loved it! room was super spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was large and comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet for being on a main road (we were on floor 1 and heard no street noise). Location is also brilliant, a quick walk from anything you need, lots of restaurants and bars! The perfect hotel for a Belfast getaway! Will definitely stay again

Nicely located hotel. Very near lots of restaurants and attractions. My room was very large. Soft bed and pillows. Down comforter that was just right, not too hot and not too cold. Only negative thing was that the floors were very creaky. I hope I didnt wake the downstairs people when walking around at night.

It is my pleasure to write this review, because The Flint has exceeded my expectation on every level. It is sleek, with exceptional wifi throughout. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. And the suites! Beautifully designed with a gorgeous view of Belfast downtown. I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchenettes far more than I would enjoy a free breakfast etc (although there are many restaurants within walking distance!) I have stayed in probably dozens of hotels over the past few years and this is one of my favourites.

For those who have always stayed at a hostel all their lives, this would probably be a five star hotel. For me, a five star hotel provides actual service and experience, aside from just giving you keys to your room. There is literally nothing to do here aside from going to your room. It is a bare bones operation. There is no real lobby, no bar, no restaurant, no pool, no spa, nothing. We stayed here because of their laundry facilities, which is on level 6. If you choose the wrong cycle, the washing machine will take 3 hours. At least the washer and dryer were free. Our room was fine and livable. The AC worked. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. And, the location was convenient to many of the places we needed to see and do. It would have been helpful if there were better instructions for the washer, if there was a shelf in the shower stall, if the towel warmer worked better, if there were more towel racks, if the bathroom trashcan were larger, if the small safe functioned, if there were sheer curtains, if the windows offered better soundproofing and if there were better quality bedding, soap, body wash, etc. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly fine for those on a budget.
