   I wanted to rent two apartments for a family for 4 days, the cost would be around £1,000. John, the owner, was nice and cool at the beginning of the conversation, but the next day it turned out that he had blocked me and that was how I contacted him. When I called from another number, he explained that he had not received a message from me even though I received a message delivery report, and I wasted another day thinking that he would find something for us, but unfortunately he had no intention of responding. Also, Mr. John, please respect your customers, because if you treat foreigners this way, I don't predict a long-term business for you.

   I stayed at Alexandra's house for a couple of days, it was fantastic. Perhaps I’m just lucky, but the other guests in there were lovely and made my stay comfy. I didn't get to know them much but that Chinese little girl is so adorable, may God bless her. Once you pay for the booking at Alexandra, you will be sent codes for how to enter the building and for key collection. If you arrive at the check-in time, you can call them and they will help you with that. If you didn't it's an easy process, no worries. The place was clean, it was very quiet and a nice stay overall.

   Very nice little place on a quiet residential street about a mile and a half from the city centre. Plenty of shops nearby including a couple of large supermarkets, it's near a park and in easy reach of Yorkgate train station and local buses. Great value for money.

   The owner of this horrible place lies once again under my honest review that I did not check out at the right time. Nothing could be farther from the truth because I was meant to stay on for 3 extra nights but once I asked why an extra £17 was added to my bill, they threw my things out, took money directly from the card I used via Booking.com website and threw some of my possessions into the bin. There is no way a customer will refuse to pay when csrd details are on their system. They are fraudulent and will go to any extent to overcharge you. Pictorial evidence available. Avoid these liars and heartless people. They don't belong in the hospitality industry. They are a horror to encounter and won't forget them in a hurry.

   This was a great little B&B with cozy rooms and very nice interiors. The location wasn't too far outside of town centre (it was still walkable, as we did several times) and for the price, it was most reasonable.
