   Absolutely shocking would give no stars if I could. Been trying to get through on the phone for 2 days and NO ANSWER. So much for patient care. Been in a few times and the stock on the shelves is a state and on multiple occasions I've nearly been sold out of date medications on the shop floor.

   No acknowledgement from the staff that you're even there. Changed my pharmacy. Confrontational and rude staff, definitely have no customer service skills.

   This place is shocking!! There was a young member of staff there that was unprofessional and quite confrontational. The place is unorganised they are missing or late with medication. I received numerous texts saying my medication was ready to pick up so i went in store and they had no idea what I was talking about! They young man was very rude to me after I disclosed that I needed this medication as I have poor mental health. NEVER ANSWER PHONES. Bad for an anxiety sufferer

   Absolutely shocking pharmacy. They always seem to be understaffed & there is always a delay with prescriptions even if these have been submitted days prior. I've been in the pharmacy waiting for 15 minutes previously with an elderly lady in front of me and no one has even bothered to communicate why there is no one serving at the counter, I've had to specifically ask staff what is happening and why no one is communicating. The next time the GP asks to send my prescription to the pharmacy I will refuse and request elsewhere.

   Every single time I have been to this pharmacy I get served by an middle aged asian lady with glasses who is extremely unprofessional. She’s not well mannered & doesn’t make any effort to help. The waiting times are ridiculous & just the whole atmosphere is uninviting. If I could give no star I would & it would be nice to treat customers with more care as mostly are poorly & don’t need that kind of attitude.

   Having read some poor reviews of this Chemist I did wonder if I 'd been wise choosing them for my repeat prescriptions. After phoning to confirm my prescription would be ready I was assured it would be. Upon arrival all was indeed ready to go. They even helped to make sure future prescriptions would be ready at the due date. I found the Staff to be pleasant and efficient. As it's right next door to the Medical Practice it could hardly be more convenient.

   They barely answer the phone and there's been times when I've waited in the pharmacy for them to tell me they're breaking up for lunch when they easily could have told me that while I was waiting. Most of the staff are nice, helpful and polite but there's one who's always kinda snide.
