    I found the staff and Pharmacist to be super helpful when I needed some emergency medication for my dad. I called and was advised to ring 111 to get an emergency referral and was then able to collect. The Pharmacist went above and beyond.

    The friendliest pharmacy I’ve ever been to and Sat is the best pharmacist ever! She never minds the stupid questions and is always so happy to help. They deserve more than 5 stars!

    It would be really helpful if the hours advertised on both your website and Google maps and correctly reflect Easter opening hours. Even the sign above the front door says "open", but the shutters are down and the lights off.

    I would give a lower rating if it were possible. The pharmacist who got my mum's prescription is in the wrong profession. She was rude and abrupt and it was clear that she didn't want to be there. The store was empty and it took 20-25 minutes for the prescription to be put together with 1 item. Another person came in who just wanted to by throat sweets and they were left to stand there for 10 minutes and ignored until the other customer said something. At one time, pharmacists and doctors used to care but that seems to be a luxury nowadays and especially in this case. I wouldn't ever use them again and I'd dissuade others from using them as well. Terrible service.

    Horrendous! Not all staff but the dispenser man on Saturday 12th November doesn't know his knee from his elbow! Rude! Needed emergency medication, reluctant to give,serving everyone around me,asked my name a 1000 times to which I walked out without medication!

    Never answer the phone, after a couple of rings it’ll be put to β€œuser busy” yet when I’ve been in there, there’s been no customers in the pharmacy and the phone is ringing but they will just ignore it. The place is filthy and when you ask them a question they look at you like you’re mad. Couldn’t pick my prescription up as was too poorly with mental health, so after a couple of weeks I managed to get myself there to get my prescription only to be told it had been collected, it hadn’t, but they had put it down on the system that it had. Absolute joke of a place. What happened to manners, human decency and actually getting a job done? Disgusting and I’m sick of it! Judging by the other reviews I’m clearly not the only one.

    Amateurish approach to their job. The junior assistant (male) has no clue what customer service is. He needs to be retrained if Well is to continue to be in business as challenged by better pharmacies nearby. He really works on the basis that he is doing his customers a favour. Did you train him that way? I phoned this branch several times and not one picked up. I am aware that they may be serving customers and too busy to answer the phone. So I made sure that my several phone calls were not spread in 10 or 15 minutes but over 2 hours in order to allow for their being too busy. It did not work. And they shut the phone in my face at every call. So then I decided to drive to them some 2 miles. I got there and showed the assistant who told me that he is a student pharmacist, showed him what I want which were 3 items. He immediately said " we don't have any." I then asked him to let me speak to the pharmacist. He said that she is on her break. So, I thought that I have been trying to get hold of someone for 3 hours now and need to sit and sit for half an hour more??? He then agreed to call her which he did. Surprise surprise , one of the items I wanted to buy was in stock and sitting at him on the shelve. I bought and paid for it and told him that I am going to get in touch with his head office to tell them how he responded to my enquiry. With total disregard and a could not care attitude. I am a local customer. And have wondered why I waisted my time coming to this pharmacy.

    Poor customer service, very long waiting times, they don't even know what date it is and closing at 11am ? What sort of establishment is this? Best off with an online store like Pharmacy2U who are Brilliant.
