   Had a flu vaccination before booked via NHS app. Turned up for appointment and pharmacy closed at scheduled time for lunch! Wasted journey. Update changed from original 1* review - had a courtesy call from the pharmacist within a few days of posting this review very apologetic, as the NHS app did not take into account lunchtime closing. Offered a walk-in for the flu-jab. Very understanding and certainly changed my mind about any doubts about Awsworth Pharmacy. Unfortunately, the NHS is broken, kept afloat only by those who pick-up the pieces for the patients. Thanks again for getting back to me Awsworth Pharmacy - you didn't have to, but you did, because you care about patients :-). 5* service.

   The staff here are always polite, professional, and helpful. The store is well laid out, neat, and tidy, and in an easily accessed part of the village. They have a good range of products, can order in by request, and will provide guidance if needed. You get an all around good service here.

   I can’t speak highly enough of Awsworth Pharmacy. Every time I’ve been, they have been incredibly quick, efficient, and reliable. Their customer service is truly unmatched – the staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted without any stress. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines speed with such genuine care, but Awsworth Pharmacy manage to do exactly that.    Local pharmacy located in the row of shops in the centre of the estate. Not open on Saturdays. There is a little room where you can talk to the pharmacist in private. You can have flu jab at this chemist during the autumn too. Loads of bargains on toiletries, including deodorants, shower gels, shampoos conditioner and grooming products. Good variety of over counter medicines such as vitamins, cough medicines and laxatives. Good selection of hair dyes and styling products. They also products for animals such as flea powder and worming tablets. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can arrange to have your prescription medication from here . They often have good deals on both men and women fragrances and gifts.
