   I think this must be a new way forward with the pharmacy offering initial consultation. An excellent idea with an excellent service . Time to fully discuss all issues and feel that you had been heard rather than a rushed 10 minutes at a surgery aldo , a follow up appointment given.

   I am so disgusted by this pharmacy. I really wish I could have them a 0 star but unfortunately I can't. I have double checked with the pharmacy and the admin on the app if I am booked and it's confirmed. They all said yes . I arrived on time at 8:34. The pharmacy is closed. I came here for no reason and not an email or a phone call to let me know they closed. Why are they letting me book an appointment if they won't be open, I have double checked as well.

   AGGRESSIVE OWNER BLOCKED ME IN THE CAR PARK - AVOID Absolutely appalling service from this pharmacy. I took my uncle for his covid booster and when I returned to the car 15 minutes later, a black Audi, registration J66 DRE was blocking me in. So I went back into the pharmacy and even waited in the queue to speak to a member of staff about asking the customer to move their car. The member of staff recognised the number plate, came out to check, and verified that it was "the MDs car". She said that she would 'see if he would move it'. I told her that I was blocked in and that he should move it ASAP. The driver of the car and self proclaimed owner of the car park (so presumably the business too) came out and informed me that it was a private car park, to which I responded that there was no signage on the entrance or in the car park, furthermore, there were 2 Evans Pharmacy delivery vans in the car park, so it was not unreasonable to believe that it was also suitable for customers, no other parking provision being obvious. His response was "I own this car park", to which my response was that it did not give him the right to block drivers in, especially in the absence of any signage. His solution was to move the slightest amount giving me just enough room to get out. Another example of a small business owner who mistakenly thinks he's important just because his employees metaphorically lick his boots because they don't want to get fired. Pathetic behaviour. My advice would be to avoid this business, but if you do decide to use them, don't use the car park.

   I visited Evans pharmacy for my flu jab. A very professional service. They have a surprising amount of off the shelf medicines and treatments for quite a small shop, you can pick up prescriptions and also get medicines and food for your pets.
