   Best koi dealer I have been to by far. The quality and healthcare on the koi are spot on. Most koi shops the koi are all skinny and starved and just look so ill. But not here the koi are in excellent condition so chunky and healthy and that says so much about them and how they care for their fish. Such and great guy and pleasure to talk to for hours could not recommend enough

   I first found SWY Koi on Facebook and enjoyed their live streams and fish photos. As a new hobbyist I have been a bit lost at times about where to look for support, and I initially tried the UK Koi Facebook group but unfortunately found some unwelcoming attitudes that beginners sometimes face. When I saw SWY Koi’s video talking about exactly how I had been feeling about this Facebook group, I felt encouraged to get in touch. I am so glad I did. Over the past few months they have helped me several times and nothing has been too much trouble. They reply on WhatsApp quickly no matter if it is morning, evening or the weekend, always with honest and practical advice. When things go wrong or when you really need help in what can be desperate situations in koi keeping with the problems you can face, you see the true quality of a business. SWY Koi not only find solutions but take the time to explain things so you learn along the way, without ever talking down to you. Even though I am not local, they have supported me through WhatsApp, phone calls and video calls. Their help has been invaluable and they have earned my loyalty for as long as I am in the hobby. If all dealers had this attitude, I have no doubt the UK koi industry would be a friendlier and more welcoming environment that would encourage more newcomers into the hobby.

   Replaced some lost fish from here and have been super Impressed. Brendon is a really nice approachable and very knowledgeable chap. I'd highly recommend a visit if you're in the market for some stunning fish, or even just advice on pond builds etc

   I always come to swy koi for anything koi, I've never had and issues been coming here for years. I will only buy fish from here as I never had any problems, unlike other places ive been to where ive lost numerous fish within a month. The fish are quarantine and scraped which gives me high confidence to highly recommend. Good customer service and children friendly, always make you feel welcome. Not only do they sell high quality koi but they also do pond building, best thing I ever did I love my pond thanks to swy koi.
