   Unfortunately I have given up on this company after making my last order end of 2022 my hay box arrived soaking wet and most of the hay box had to be discarded. I emailed the company and never even got a reply! Also after trying multiple times to log in to my account it wouldn't recognise my info, despite having emails sent from previous orders to my email address, I have tried on more than 10 occasions to try password reset link and never receive anything. Just poor service it's put me off and I've moved to hay box instead!

   Unbelievable!!!! We used to love this hay, and relied on this company for a year. Until they started filling up their boxes of hay with pieces of wood, to increase the weight! When challenged them via email, we were told that we (the customers) were trying to con the company! I have lots of evidence in pictures, and one is attached below. Make sure you pay with credit card, and seek refunds with the provider via chargeback if this happens to you. Also, make sure you check the bottom of the box for any pieces of woods as soon as you receive the package! As the company cleverly adds all the extra pieces of wood at the bottom, so you won't notice until you have used most of it!

   Unfortunately not a great experience with this company. My last order took 8 days to arrive despite them saying on their website 1-2 days with DPD and usually delivered day after ordering - please do not believe this information it is false and they should not be advertising this!!! Ordered again to give them another go…. I’m now on day 6 and still waiting for my hay to be delivered and I go on holiday Friday. I’ve spent £35 on their micro bale. Now going to have to go on a mad rush to find hay that will last 2 weeks. Never again !

   The Happy Hay Co is an awesome company, their products are great, the buns love them ! Best of all, the hay is locally grown, all grown and packed in Leicestershire and is so fresh when it arrives. They have a great variety, the buns love their Timothy, orchard and crau hay !

   Me and my rabbits love The Happy Hay Co Timothy hay! They love the stalky heads. I buy the micro bale which is so worth it - it’s always high-quality and lasts a good few months for my two buns. Delivery is always on time or even earlier than estimated. My buns also love trying the sample packs that Happy Hay offer, free of charge. I will always recommend Happy Hay to others.

   Angelica is a very fussy eater and had temporarily stopped eating her hay after losing her bonded mate and a house move all in a short space of time . I bought her a box of Crau hay and a sample pack too. She seemed to prefer the orchard hay. I ordered her a box and she was soon tempted back into eating. She now has orchard hay with oat hay mixed in for foraging . Happy bunny girl again! Great value for money , prompt delivery and will be ordering more samples as Angelica about to have a new friend and keen to see which he prefers.

   Looking to make Happy Hay Co our permanent supplier. When we first decided that buying good quality hay from the pet shops was simply too expensive, we sent for samples from happy hay co and a few of their competitors. My girls have never been overly fussy with hay and they loved all the samples from all suppliers. I decided to order a micro vape of the orchard hay after this and it lasted the suggested amount of time, no dust either when we reached the bottom of the box we were storing it in. After finishing happy hay co’s bale, we opted to order from a competitor. The quality was not the same, it was bitty and the girls eat it but not quite as happily. We tried another competitor, same thing. Received an email today offering 10% off for a Google review and as the competitors bale is getting a little low, it came at the perfect time to order some more! After trying two competitors and both times wishing I’d gone back to happy hay co, i will this time be going back to happy hay co and I think we will be staying! Keep up the good work! I highly recommend giving Happy Hay co a go, they even make it super easy with their samples bundle. And they are good sized samples for 1 medium and 1 large sized rabbit to give a good try.
