   Great service could not fault them, we had two dogs and two cats stay for 5 nights. Our younger dog is only16 months old and can get nervous, when he's nervous this can manifest into growling, we advised them from the start. They said it wouldn't be a problem. When we went to collect them, it was as expected they said he was nervous but they coaxed him with chicken and after a day and a half he was absolutely fine, our other dog had been in kennels before and even though she can be a bit subdued, they said she was quite happy on the floor getting bum rubs. As for our cats our male cat does not travel well and usually dirties in his box, again it was no problem, and when we went to collect them they had placed a puppy pad in his box, which does help. We were particularly impressed with how they fetched our pets to us and us not having to endure the excited struggles of getting harnesses on, this made a big difference, we have never had that service before! thank you for taking care of them

   Amazing kennels , staff are brilliant. My little dog loves going here, they put pictures up on their Facebook page too so you can see what your fur babies have been doing . Highly recommend

   Lovely friendly kennels, staff are very dedicated to the dogs in their care. They can also offer a wash and brush, before you collect your dog. This is an additional charge to the stay.

   I take my dog because she likes Suntop kennels. When I take her there she knows where she is, jumping straight out of the car and runs to the entrance door. The staff truly are great and genuinely care for the animals that stay with them. Some dogs are regulars when their owners are away. Almost a doggie home from home.

   We found out about this place through some friends, we really love the service you get here, we have been taking our dogs for a year and we're dead happy with it. They are really good with the dogs, you can tell they spend time with them as they always have some stories to tell about them, they take photos of the animals playing which is a nice touch when you're away you get to see your pets having a good time. Really good service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

   My 2 dogs have boarded at Suntop now at least twice a year, for the past 3 years and I have never had a concern for their well-being. The facilities are second to non as improvements to the accommodation is better than some hotels I've stayed in while on holiday. I have often wondered if the dogs got the better deal. They are well fed and when returned it is immediately apparent that they have no trauma, which unfortunately i have experienced elsewhere in the past with other dogs. The staff are all very friendly and most importantly are dog lovers. I would recommend Suntop to anyone who wants peace of mind when having to part with their best friend/s.
