   Diane and the team at Purr'fect Cattery are so friendly and accommodating. Our cats usually find cattery stays stressful. They have now stayed at Purr'fect several times, and each time they were very content and happy. We were kept updated throughout their stay and even had pictures sent to us, which we loved. Thank you to all the team at Purr'fect Cattery for looking after Max and Lexi :-)

   diane was lovely from start to finish! we dropped our kitties off for 3 weeks and she sent updates and photos of them, and assured us that they were absolutely fine. we would definitely use diane again!!

   We called to see if we could visit the cattery before arranging to leave our cat there, woman on the phone didn't seem keen or very willing to let us have a walk around first which seemed more than a bit sus. Won't be leaving our cat here, we want to see any cattery and conditions before booking which I don't think is unreasonable. Edit, in reply to owner: No I did not get the wrong place, it was my partner who called. Whoever answered the phone was evasive and not at all keen on us visiting before dropping our cat off. We called another local cattery who was more than willing to have us visit, and much friendlier.
