   The first few visits were amazing, can't tell you the girl's name but she was great. But the last 2 times were terrible. First they cut my dog's eyelashes and his genitals was bleeding. The next time I came I explained everything, the woman apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. As always, I asked for a short but still fluffy cut. And what do you think, when I came to pick up the dog, eyelashes were cut again, the nails were not shortened, the dog's face was cut unevenly and the dog was almost shaved, I was shocked.... When the evening came, I took out the brush to brush hes hair, the dog got scared and started shaking terribly,it took an hour to calm the dog down. And so it goes on for 3 days. Will never use diversipets again and would not recommend to anyone!

   Amazing service every time. Have been using diversipets for many, many years. They are a friendly bunch who provide the best service/cut tailored to your requirements. The dogs love their new natural treats in their shop too. Highly recommend!

   Took my cat in for a nail clipping based on their reviews on Google and facebook. I’ve never seen my cat so distressed since I’ve had him! I was told cats are booked in when there are no dogs but there were at least two dogs being groomed when I arrived. I told them he’s not a cat that likes being handled so two people proceeded to wrestle with him to the point they had their hand around his throat to keep him still. Once this didn’t work they broke out the pet remedy to try and calm him down which to me if you need that you know you’ve done something wrong. Quotes ‘you looked more stressed than him’ as I walked away across the room because I physically couldn’t watch my cat so stressed, and ‘we hope you come again’…..there’s not a chance in hell we would go back here, even if we were desperate. To top it off they put the price up between booking the appointment and the appointment itself for the privilege of taking my cat in the most unprofessional nail clippers we’ve ever been to.

   I don't usually leave bad reviews but it seemed both times I took my dog to be groomed he came back with fleas. Lovely job on his coat but just not the place for me. The staff are lovely but always very busy. Edited to reply. Yes I use a different dog groomers now. I haven't used you guys since the pandemic. My mum however still uses you. And I know she's too quiet to say anything about the fleas. That's the reason I stopped using your services.

   I've been coming to Diversipets since my dogs were pups, both of my dogs can be anxious and nervous, the staff here are absolutely amazing. I have a Dachschund and a Poodle, they are very energetic & everybody here is patient and takes their time with them. They always come out super happy, looking & smelling amazing. I'd always recommend Diversipets & I'd rate them more than 5 if I could!
