   Lovely staff my dog was a little scared at first as it was somewhere new. But he was soon reassured by us and them that there was no need to be afraid. When my partner picked him up he didn’t realise he was the same dog. They made a lovely job of him and I would definitely recommend them.

   Turned up for an appointment that had been booked for weeks but was closed. Didnt bother to contact us to say they had closed. Wouldnt answer her mobile and after multiple attempts at trying to call her, she just sent us a text message. Claimed not to have our contact number and made no apology, now have to wait for availability at another groomers. What a waste of time.

   I'm so disapointed in these groomers. 5 years we've been going to these guys with our 3 dog babies, and we get a last minute text saying they can't do our dogs anymore as it's not financially viable. We messaged back to ask how much it would be to still do them but had no response, chased again, no response. Today I went in to ask if there was an issue with or dogs and they repeated that it's just not financially viable. So I asked how much it would be and they repeated it's not financially viable! So what;s the real problem then? Clearly they just don't want to do our dogs, but WHY!? They had a go at me that we had previously taken them elsewhere (though we had no choice due to covid! and they hadn;t been done in over 6 months.). I'll admit that our dogs have not been as regular as they should have been due to financial hardship and then covid and more finacial hardship. We've had no choice in the last year than to take them every 6 months instead of every 3. When I explained our financial hardshp, they siad oh they completely understand becasue they are in the same boat. but whilst saying this they also said they couldn't do ours becasue they were so busy.... So hang on, you are having financial difficulties but you are so busy you can't even answer the phone? More regular cuts would have made certainly the groomers the job easier, and we were trying hard to get back on the path to cutting every 3 months. They were booked in in November, (within 3 months of the last cut) then covid happened and we went on lockdown again.But just tell us. Why couldn't you just say, "if they are extra matted and we need to charge more becasue it's so much extra work", we'd completely understand that??? We put money away for them every month for cuts, so if it is delayed by another month then we have an extra months grooming money here for you. If you don't want to do our dogs at all, say so. But at least explain why. Though as groomers, isn't this is your job? If you need to charge us more, say so. nicely and politely. But now i can't get them in at all anywhere becasue everywhere is booked up. Thanks guys, you could ahve told us this in November when we first started asking you. As a customer, no service provider should talk down their nose to you like these pair do. I'm sorry, I have loved coming to you for over 5 years and you are good quality groomers. But your attitude toward customers is just disgusting.
