   Took my partners puppy today for his first day and pamper. We was nervous leaving him but the nice lady measured us he would be ok and said would message us when he is ready. On pick up we was expecting him to be nervous but the nice staff member explained that she sat with him for around 15 minutes to comfort him and make him feel OK. Must say good caring staff and I would recommend this service to any more.

   Ellie is great and I couldn't recommend shampells higher. My dog lottie has been coming for a few years now and we've never once been disappointed by the cut and she's always lovely and friendly. Best around!

   My Mum took her 6 month old Cockerpoo for his very first groom yesterday and was understandably nervous to leave him behind for the first time. There was no need to worry, when she picked him up he looked fantastic, all clean and tidy but enough coat left on that he still had the same look just much neater. He was a very happy little dog and obviously enjoyed the experience! My Mum would highly recommend Ellie and will be taking Sam back to be groomed again in the future.
