A huge range considering the size of the shop, great bread, amazing range of snacks, local cider, and friendly staff who kept our hiking sticks aside after we left without them on one visit.
Not a bad shop, although whilst browsing for snacks, I was put off by the horrendous smell of body odour coming from a member of staff, and left snack-less. A blessing for my waistline but not for my nose. I understand it could be a result of a medical condition but I feel like management could step in and offer him some help or support in combating it.
Good local store! Sells a good mix of local produce, and national chain goods! I’m assuming it’s a bit more independent as they’ve got Morrisons stuff, they had some Tesco stuff too! But seemed to competively priced too! Great news is they still have the same local staff! There’s a young lady (maybe Georgia?) who works on a Monday afternoon who is fantastic for customer support! Keep up the cracking work!
Nice store, stocks some great items that it is difficult to find elsewhere. Some products are reasonable but most of their fresh meat is exorbitantly priced. Staff don't seem to be that bothered about dealing with long queues. A few weeks ago the manager stood staring at a shelf for over six minutes with the queue growing to over ten customers, before finally deciding to jump on the spare till to serve.
It's a good store, with lots of good stuff and helpful staff. Increased range and good value.
Quite well stocked, but the staff had no idea where particular items were and if I am honest, probably do not know what they are.. Training required.
Lovely staff, a little over priced but only just. Always fully stocked and very helpfull staff makes it a very convenient store. Fresh veg meat and flowers just makes it the better store in the area!

Friendly staff, very good selection of products that are hard to find anywhere else. The shop's interior is clean and tidy wooden floors giving it a village store feel. Out of the 2 shops in Village I would choose this one.
