Received a delivery at 19.00 tonight look at the S..T you sent me. Going to report this to environmental heath tomorrow as you have supplied unfit for consumption food. It stinks.
Queue was at the post office. When I dropped my items and left I told someone who was loading the fridge to get someone on another till and his very rude response was they were all busy. If you don't have the staff open self service check out tills. Went to Tescos
Rude shift managers- was basically called a thief by a new shift manager. I returned bread that was wrong choice and wanted to exchange and as I spent £18 I wanted original receipt back and then was told that I was a scammer and that i would come in and try and return more bread. How funny because I have been going in here for 6-7 years every day and would never dream of stealing anything. He then continued to say that I was only acting nice to scam them behind their backs. The whole situation really upset me. The store manager doesn’t know what he’s doing which is a result of the poor shift managers. Freddie is the only manager who actually shows respect to his customers and knows his job well. The only reason I even gave 2 stars.
Nice store, like coming in to buy some great products that are there and some great deals after 6pm however I find that some of the staff can be very rude (mostly the managers and leaders)- apart from Freddie who is great and friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure I can shop easily here and always gives me a smile unlike most other staff who I’ve noticed seem to give me dirty looks or even laugh and talk about me on their headphones, very disappointing
Whilst the shop is in a convenient location, the prices are expensive. Also, I have often found that the prices on the shelves don't match the prices at the tills.
As most supermarkets at present the shelves are looking very empty. The staff are always very polite and helpful at this branch and the store always looks very presentable inside and out.
Visited Co op, Hangleton Road this evening after Tesco, for Daily Mail. Tesco papers all tied up, couldnt sell me one. Lovely guy at the Co op. We have one left and i will re pack them. Fabulous service. This has happened before too !!! Well done Co op Customer Service. Im a great fan !!!
Good,handy small supermarket. Better than nearby Tesco express. Helpful staff, coop discount card taken and brilliant Post office - best I have ever used. Po used for range of transactions- eBay, big parcels, foreign etc etc. You pay a bit more in the shop than Tesco's but they have more stuff.
